Server never came back to check on us. I ordered a Caesar salad and got ranch on top of it. My husband needed more catch-up received 45 minutes after his plate came. Did not refill our water. Just bad bad service! When I asked for...ketchup One of the people working there said oh I don’t do condiments that’s for another person to do so apparently someone does the drinks someone does the catch-up someone does the food just terrible service. Food was not great either.More

The fascade of the restaurant caught our eye as did the patronage as it was packed. Having no idea of the menu we thought we have a go anyway. Awesome choice! The experience matched the foo being rustic, flavorsome and colorful. The staff were excellent....This is not a cheap place to eat but great value for money. I would have gone back but we had dinner there on our last night in Hawaii....and happy we did. If you have an open mind and enjoy seafood and spice this place is for you. Great for couples, families, friends, everyone!More

Delicious food and fun atmosphere including eating straight off the table! We had the red sauce and black sauce for our crab combo and the edible art for dessert was enjoyed by our whole party!

Service was horrible. Waiter didn’t know his menu- I have food restrictions and he gave an inaccurate description so I couldn’t eat it. Had to ask twice for our drinks- and water- and then salt- and then sweetener for tea. Poke just so-so. Crab dip...was ok.More

Ordered king crab leg combo with red and black sauce, price is quite reasonable for the portion. Red sauce doesn't fit seafood well while black pepper sauce is highly recommended. Would try white sauce next time.

Been wanting to try this resto but it's always full. We went Tuesday around 2ish and were greeted with good vibes by the two gentlemen who provided excellent customer service. It's always a nice feeling when you feel you are being welcome with a smile....The menu will guide you how and what to order. We ordered the $90 combo, plus fries & garlic rice on the side. Our order is really delish & superb! the best meal we had in Waikiki after having been visited this island for third time now. Plus the staff are nice, friendly & they have great customer service. If you want to try some crab cooked with variety of spices like chilli, butter & pepper sauce, this place is a MUST visit 😃More

Fuss-free casual dining, eat with your hands - thick serviettes and gloves provided. We ordered the king crab combo which was good for 2 people, and had a choice of two sauces - went with the red sauce and the white sauce. Both were good,...especially the red one which had a spicy-enough kick. Loved the spam instead of sausages! The crab was really fresh and meaty. We also ordered lemonades and sweet bread rolls. In all the bill was around USD100 which we felt was very good value for money given the portion of crab.More

Great food and service. Nice venue with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Great location and an easy walk from our hotel. Very generous meal portions were served. Would suit people with huge appetite. Cheers.

We were treated horribly! Would not recommend. Plenty of other great restaurants with Aloha spirit! Eat elsewhere

We stopped in for lunch at around 2pm on a Sunday, and sat at the bar. Service was strange with no real greeting. We then asked for a cocktail, and were told that no bartenders are working just servers so we need to talk them...through it. I felt for the guy as he really was nice, but it was just strange. Maybe try for a dinnerMore

That night when you are hungry, no restaurants take your fancy and then I round a corner and see this place. What a fun night, bib fastened you can choose crab, lobster and sauce that comes in a bag and then is emptied on the...table. Tuck in, get messy! Yum.More

CRACKIN’ KITCHEN 364 Seaside Ave. Honolulu HI 96815 Ordered a simple coke which cost $3 in a small glass, no free refills and the coke was terrible. I mentioned when I ordered a sprite that the coke was very bland. He said “it’s because it’s...from a soda gun. I’m thinking to myself “ how cute - you wanna blame the soda gun and not the person that hooked up the CO2 and syrup percentages - it’s simple bud, the CO2/ syrup mixture is off producing a very bland coke. It’s not the gun. You’re welcome. I ordered a sprite and was not charged for the coke. So kudos to the waiter for that. Ordered a LB of the Kauai Shrimp - ($32 per lb) with red / hot/ sauce option and the garlic butter rice. Shrimp come fully shelled and with heads- lotta labor - bout an hour. They give u gloves and a bib which helps to make the mess less. I ordered the garlic rice which was nice to compliment the Cajun style spicy shrimp. Despite the restaurant wasn’t that busy, the wait staff wasn’t the most attentive. Nice people and all, but just not the best at service. As far as the high end shrimp I give em a 4 of 5. Due to how expensive the shrimp are and bland sodas I’d have to give the overall experience a 3.5 but there isn’t that option so I certainly can’t give it a 4. I don’t regret the experience, and if I was really craving seafood I might even go back but just know you will certainly pay for it.More

This is a fun place to share seafood right in the table, with your own hands, gloves, apron and a great king crab in front of you! A little messy, but fun. The prices are not cheap, but the meal well worth it.

We split the ultimate combo amongst 3 people. It was just enough food...if you have big eaters you should probably only split it for two. We tried all three sauces and went with the XXX heat level. Everything was fresh and the sauces were excellent....Plus, it's fun to sit around and get messy and play with your food. Thankfully, they supply bigs and gloves.More
