Great Little Spot!

We got a tip about this place and decided to try it out after visiting the USS Arizona and I'm glad we did. It was hard to pick between this and Uncles but the water view won out. Then we were very satisfied with the food. Do it, we would again.

Excellent seafood and a great place to stop for a meal just off Nimitz Highway after visiting the Arizona memorial. The place is filled with locals and prices are very reasonable. Excellent beer and wine selections and happy hour M-F.

Casual, crowded but fun -- very efficient and not to be missed. Good food, good value and today-Friday at lunchtime-good live music. Manager on duty, visible and working with his staff to ensure patrons are satisfied. A welcome relief from overpriced eateries on WB who don't really care about the customer's experience.

The idea of this place is amazing. Its not you general sit down restaurant but it is very good food. You have to order from the front counter and you have to find a seat in the seating area. There are no reserved seats it is almost a free for all for your seats. The atmosphere is great because of... More

This is probably the freshest fish in town. Nico's started as a restaurant attached to the wholesale fish market... It is much bigger now and the growth is a testament to the great food. This isn't fancy. They have other menu items not just fish most with a "local flavah" such as the pork stew and rice. Unless they are... More

I have to say, this place was overrated. The food was ok, the service was ok, none of it spectacular. But I asked for a quiet table outside because I have trouble hearing... they sat us in a doorway first. I asked for a table on the far side away from the music, and was put two tables in from... Great place to get so!me fresh fish. Food is good and well served. Prices for lunch are very god, for dinner a bit more expensive but compared to other places in thee area it is very reasonable. Don't miss the market as well if you go for lunch, they have great deals on fish both ready to eat and for... More

Visited this restaurant on a Saturday night and it was really hopping. The restaurant was full and had a very nice blues guitarist playing live music. Service was good and the meals were very nice. Had swordfish grilled with peppercorns and it was very nicely spiced and a delicious cut of fish. Also enjoyed bouillabaisse which was very nice filled... More

We got there for happy hour so beat the rush. Casual and big place. Ahi was very good and good portion but the short rib was huge and tender. We would go back just for the short rib.

Take care if you have a not so daring taste to try different (strange) food, some of the dishes are very local and the flavor can be strange if you are not a food adventurer. I loved all the dishes I tasted but some were a little to strange for my friends.
