Got here for lunch soon after a long flight. Great views of the sea. Ordered one mai tai and it was everything one needed to start a vacay off right! Since then, tried mai tais at a bunch of other places. Tikis was always the...winner! Food was good, more limited lunch menu.More

This place has a rooftop style dining experience. The food was really good and the view is amazing! The ocean is directly ahead and you can enjoy lunch or dinner with a front row view of the beach.

Positives: GREAT location and great entertainment during our visit Negative: poor selection of draft beers, waitress didn’t remember we had placed an order for food. Never ate. They seemed unorganized. To there credit maybe they weren’t ready for travelers since re-opening Hawaii.

This is a beautiful rooftop restaurant and lounge: from the outdoor seating on the balcony you can admire splendid sunsets while dining. It is also great for people watching, the strip along Waikiki and Kuhio beach is always busy, cheerful and with such a low key...vacation atmosphere!! Our waitress was very helpfull, always smiling and often checking on us if everything was fine:it was GREAT!! I thoroughly liked my Mac Nut crusted fish, enhanced by the light orzo rice ,husband appreciated indeed his plate of big seared shrimp over Thai noodles. We also shared a Macadamia Nut pie, nothing to write home about… but Hawaiian enough! What we especially love about Tiki’s is the authentic Island vibe: husband keeps “checking” when MALU THE BAND will be there, playing well known Hawaiian songs! Their “gentle” live entertainment is provided by locals, you get genuine Island music harmonized with two enchanting HULA dancers. We could recognize one of those talented ladies we had seen over the previous visits, a romantic touch of what real Hawai’i used to be,when women would dance on Sunday evenings for family and friends… And friendly indeed was the restaurant staff,as well as the general laid back feeling. Can’t wait to be back:THANK YOU,cheerful musicians and lovely hula “girls” for an unforgettable evening!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDMore

We had a large party of eight and were seated promptly. The place was noisy and the salads (Mama's Thai and Watermelon and Feta) my partner and I ordered were pretty awful. Overall, a disappointment that we won't repeat.

We went to this restaurant because it was right next to the tower we were staying in. I looked at the reviews on yelp and while not that impressive selection of food....the pictures did not look bad. However, the food was just average and it...was expensive to be average. I think we spent with tip around $70 and just got fish and chips and chicken fingers for a child. The place had a good location being right there next to the beach and right next to the tower we were staying in but that was the only thing in my opinion. The food was not worth $70 and the fish and chips were kind of dry and not flaky. The fish was too dense for a lot of the fillets. So I only really ate one or two of the five that were there. So I concur with others. Expect And expensive average meal.More

I'm not sure where they would set you up on the beach but there will be a crowd waiting/watching the fireworks for sure. We were at the Reef Grill for the fireworks, which was about a mile down the road, and it was packed... More

I would contact the hotel or Tiki to see what they have to offer. I would assume that they would host a New Year Eve party and hopefully dinner. Enjoy! Aloha!
