This is our first stop every time we arrive on Oahu... straight from the airport to Ono before we even check-in. We always get the Combo plate (laulau, kalua pig, lomi salmon, poi (gotta have), pipikaula, haupia, and a side of rice. We are always treated with much Aloha! We often over-hear how welcoming they are to new guests in... More

After walking miles to get here from our hotel in the middle of the day, we were pleased to sit down and be given a cold glass of water. The hostess warmly told us she would 'show us how to eat' after we ordered the mix plate, and sure enough when it arrived she instructed us what to do with... More

Was good many years ago 80' s to late 90's . Now way overpriced and unclean restaurant. Better off going to POI BOWL in Ala Moana Center with plenty of FREE PARKING and you can see what you are being served

What a great find this restaurant was, traditional Hawaiian food full of flavours. Owners were very helpful in suggesting menu choices. Prices were excellent. Not far from Main Street Waikiki. Definitely worth a visit.

We visit Ono's everytime we visit the Islands and the place for the locals have their favorite Hawaiian foods. Very small place and suggest you show up early to find a table and enjoy a great meal.

Came here for lunch and as always the food was fabulous. We had the combination plate which had lau lau and kalua pig, lomi lomi and more, so good. Every time we visit the islands we stop by and every time food is fabulous.

Awesome food and an authentic experience. Go early as they can run out toward the end of the night. We were able to get the very last combo plate (highly recommend). Our waiter gave us quick tips on the best way to eat. The place is small but the line moves quickly. It's worth it.

You probably know to expect a tiny place that looks like your uncle's basement recreation room. And of course that's Ono's charm. Approximately 18-20 seats and always a line up. But don't be put off by that, the tables turn over very quickly the service is fast and the people who serve are ready to help with recommendations. The food... More
