Caught sunset right after a downpour- amazingly beautiful. Live music was on point (not too loud, but very pleasant). Staff was friendly. Food was overpriced (though normal for Waikiki) and a bit bland. I had the Mac encrusted fish- Was too watery. Salad bar was...minimal. Overall it’s worth te venue, if not so much the cuisine.More
Make a reservation!!! They have walk up dining but we sat at the barefoot bar at a small table for 4 people but the food was soo good we didn’t mind! The Hula Pie is a must. The 4 Of us could’ve easily shared one...slice but hey, we’re on vacation in Hawaii so each couple shared one slice.More
Not really a family place. But the kids fish and fries were a good portion. The rib appetizers were very spicy. The seafood portions were small. We ate at Duke's on Kauai and had bigger and better choices and variety.
Great food with a nice view of the ocean. The coconut shrimp was a good appetizer to share. I enjoyed the fish tacos and my husband loved the pork tacos. They each came with a small side of guacamole and salsa. The whole meal was...very fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. It has a nice mix of food types to please a group and a good happy hour.More
Great pulled pork sandwich and very generous ceasar salad. Top Shelf margheritas polisded things off nicely. Personable staff in Branden. Order was speedy and he checked in on us; made us feel like we were important guests.
Perfect for a brunch, lunch or dinner. Felt extremely safe eating there. Everyone has a mask on till seated and since most of it is open air was great during the pandemic! Food and drinks never disappointed. Had 3 meals there during my vacation!
If a restaurant can be a tourist trap, well..... Second visit in about a year. Very busy place with great location and atmosphere, and friendly service. I just think the food is rather average and the drink prices are quite high. I don't object....it's a...vacation, after all, but $15.75 for a martini....you should expect it to be good. They're not. And they weren't last year, either. Kinda hard to mess up a Cosmo.More

Their bar menu is definitely much cheaper and dining there will reduce the wait time. The main dining room is not expensive by any stretch of the imagination, with an extensive menu of fresh seafood and juicy steaks as well as killer views of Waikiki and the water. Two roasted lobster tails was less than $50, and that was considered the more expensive side of things. Compared to Alan Wong's, this place is a bargain. If Duke's prices are too high, check out their sister restaurant, Hula Grill, inside the same Outrigger Waikiki Hotel. Enjoy!
