I usually don’t get too excited about places that have been on TV, but this place lives up to the hype. I got the fireball ahi and the shoyu ahi and both were amazingly fresh and flavorful. 100% recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised by Fresh Catch. The flavours were on point and the service was very friendly. The other Poke we had this trip was maybe a bit better fish but we were very happy with the selection and the product.
We picked up some poké for dinner based on recommendations from Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives episode. This location is vey casual and only a pick up place as there is no where to eat. You can order online or drive to figure out your choices...and take home. Lots of choices and we love poké. We both ordered poké dishes and were not disappointed. Lots of unique choices. Prices were reasonable. The girl at the register was not what I would call customer friendly though. Very much a local place north of Waikiki, but very easy to reach by car by tourists.More
Best Poke Ever! They have a wide variety of Pokes to choose from and they all taste different. One thing is common is that they all are amazing!
Employees not friendly. This place is only good for take out. No restrooms. Fish and chips, poke are the best in their menu. I would not visit again if I have other options
A fab poke & traditional Hawaiian joint. Many options to choose from. We had the fire ball ahi, Hawaiian ahi and the spicy shoyu ahi. We also got the special for Wednesday - ahi crab roll. In ONE WORD - SUPERB. Great, fresh fish, wonderful...seasoning and super friendly staff. About $ 23/lb. for poke but that is what you should be paying for this type of quality. Can't go wrong here!More
This off the beaten track poke spot has a small counter and you order your food to go. The area isn't the nicest (near an underpass) with very few people around. We ubered here. It seems more local and not touristy. I saw this place...on DDD. They have lots of poke choices, a few were already running low at 11:30am. For hot food you can order inside then wait outside at the window. I ordered 3 kinds of poke with rice. Salmon, smoked tako, and ahi Hawaiian. The smoked tako was tasty but a little chewy for me. The salmon and ahi Hawaiian were both deliciously saucy. My husband got the smoked meat - a bit on the salty side and very saucy, a little fatty but did have good flavor overall. Portions are large. Wouldn't say the employees are super friendly but it was worth stopping by and the food was good and filling. There was no line when we arrived, just a few people came in behind us. No place to eat it, so we ended up standing and eating it right outside. We walked down to Leonard's after for dessert!More
This restaurant is currently just doing take-out due to covid, so it is better to call ahead and pick up at the drive-thru. We ordered in the parking lot and it was ready in 10 minutes. Had delicious katsu ahi and regular ahi with salad...and rice and a mayo sauce. There is a nice beach park nearby to sit and eat the food.More
Great, fresh seafood for a great price. The staff was extremely kind and helped me decided what to order. Have been here twice and would absolutely visit again.
The seating arrangement inside was much smaller than I had expected but the food quality made up for everything. I ordered a poke bowl with sushi rice, spicy ahi, and lomi (?) salmon. SO GOOD. They do charge prices by the pound so be aware...of how much you are asking for them to scoop. I was craving another plate from this restaurant not even a few hours later. Must try!More
This place was so flavorful! We got our food quickly and it tasted so yummy. We had 5 ppl in our party, all ordered different things off the menu and they were ALL fabulous!
We stopped into Fresh Catch at about 7:00 and were offered samples of a variety of selections to choose from. The poke bowls were simple - rice, poke and a few toppings. The Hawaiian, spicy and Pipakaula pokes were excellent; the Limu Ahi was good,...but not as good as the other three (in our opinion). They indeed turned the lights off at 7:30, but we had just finished so it didn't affect us. Just don't expect to arrive at 7:25 and sit there to eat!More
My family ordered tako(octopus), ahi tuna and so on. All were good. It easily offset the humble atmosphere. I saw a man handling an entire tuna behind the counter. The restaurant is true to its core, good food. One downside is that they don't make...a lot of food. When we were there at 6:30 pm, some of the popular pokes were already out.More
Confusing menu if it is your first visit. Staff helped us. Amazing Furikake salmon which was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this choice! Small parking lot available.
We had read that “Diners Drive-ins and Dives” had features this restaurant on their show so we went there for dinner. We got a little nervous when we pulled in to the parking lot at 6:00 (prime dinner time) and there was only one other...car there. The atmosphere was nonexistent. We stepped up to the counter to place our order off the menu board. A large display case held many other options. I realized that most of the entrees they offered were based on raw fish and I am not comfortable with that. So I finally ordered salmon and rice. It was covered in a delicious sauce and I ate every bite and even wished I could lick the styrofoam container it was served in! My husband had the lightly seared Ahi Tuna and it was delicious too. As we sat at the picnic tables eating our dinner out of styrofoam containers we noticed that many customers were coming in for take-out, so the lack of cars in the lot finally made sense.More
