Look for the truck with all the shave ice flavors you expect. This is true authentic Hawaiian style shave ice. (Not shaved) Up to three flavors in a small and the small is about the size of a cantaloupe.

It is rare to find real hawaiian shave ice outside of hawaii, but hawaiian jim's does it right. It's very refreshing on a hot summer day.
