We expected more after reading the reviews but we weren't impressed. Food was fair and service was ok. Definitely overrated. There are many better choices in Newport

This could have been a great experience. Could have been. We were super excited to be a part of raw bar Tuesday on the island. Anyway, we walked up stairs and asked for a table for 2 and while we would not have minded a wait, I did mind the rude way we were told of the wait. After a... More

Very delicious seafood, steak dishes, and burgers. Nice cold beverages, to just sit relax reminisce, meet new persons and acquaintances.

Walked in with no reservation.. The staff was courteous and helpful. The food was good with big portions. The lobster omelet was delicious with plenty of lobster. The French toast with strawberries could have used a few more strawberries. The OJ was not fresh squeezed.

Be sure to take advantage of reduced clam and oyster prices at lunch. We ordered a couple dozen. It took a while but we watched while they opened them for us. That wasn't all bad because it gave us an "excuse" to down a few "cold beverages" while we waited After slurping our clams we watched as nearly everyone around... More

It was ok, lobster bisque had two pieces of lobster in it and they were cold. Services was ok. Resturant was crowded. I was hoping for more.

We were looking for a casual raw bar and found the best! Great waitstaff and prices. Shrimp was the best I had in Newport!

Hard to believe you could find a place in the middle of a huge tourist location with buck-a-shuck! The place is small but always packed! Its three floors of madness! The food is spectacular! The drinks are yummy! If there is a negative thing, we can't get in half the time...lol

There are many outstanding restaurants in Newport...this isnt one of them...wasn't overly impressed with the service or the food.....not bad....just average.Prices seemed a little out of whack.....Fish tacos were 9 dollars, which seemed ok, but a pound of steamers was 28 dollars?? probably wont go back...there are too many other options

A local recommended Benjamin's as a family friendly restaurant. We have small children and arrived at the restaurant in the middle of the afternoon. They were not busy at all. We waited 10 minutes with little to no acknowledgement before being seated. Food was ok. Service and wait staff was horrible.

Thank kelly b
