I didn't expect much because of the name and I was looking for seafood. However I ordered clams that came in an amazing broth and were the best I've ever had. And then ordered the Cajun scallops and again amazingly prepared and fresh and the best I've ever had. As I looked around I saw a great-looking dishes and smiling... More

Such a busy location but great food and great service. You may have to wait a bit because it's so popular but the food is worth the wait.

The menu clearly states their fish and chips are not beer battered, but I was willing to try something new. Although deep fried, the fish seemed a little dry to me and whatever type of coating used, gave a rather bland taste. The french fries and salad were just fine. The rest of our group thought their dinners were excellent,... More

My brother and I went in early to have a drink while the women shopped. They have a great selection of beers and fine liquor. I went in looking for some Pappy Bourbon but they were out. Waiting for the new release this fall. Very good prices on on there select bourbons. This is a nice bar with a very... More

We stumbled upon this little bar and had the greatest bar food ever! I love how it had an Irish feel to it and also served Irish fare. The Irish food is pretty close to what is served in Ireland! Also, it had pretty interesting drink menu!

My companion and I spent the day in Newport. We came across the Brick Alley Pub. It was inviting and the menu was appealing. We stepped in and were seated quickly at a corner table for two. I love New England Clam Chowder. I have tried many chowders since I spend my summers in Maine. I can say i have... More

We've been here many times in the past but today we stopped in for an appetizer only because we arrived in Newport late in the day. We split an order of Nacho's with beef brisket. Let me say that I'm glad we didn't order anything else to share because it was plenty for us to be eating later in the... More

We not only ate there once on our trip, but made a second stop because the food and atmosphere were both excellent! We can see why this is one of the best restaurants on TripAdvisor and believe me you won't be disappointed! We ordered the delicious lobster roll and believe me it was delish! We both had some drinks. I... More

After a hot summer day visit to Newport, we were in need of a place to cool down and have some lunch. I looked on TripAdvisor, as I always do, to find a good spot near by. We were able to park right across the street so decided to try out the Brick Alley Pub. It was very busy due... More
