We waited an hour and a half while many tables were empty with "reserved" signs on them for over a half hour. All in all the good was good and our time at the bar waiting for our table was great with good drinks/apps and awesome bar staff.

Went to Diego's for my birthday dinner and was not disappointed! I am a guacamole nut and there's was one of the best I've ever had! Great drinks and great dinner! I had the pork tacos - fantastic! Great location right in the middle of everything on the wharf. Fun music and people watching! Can't wait to come back someday!

The best Sangria's in town. Sunday Brunch is excellent. So happy to hear they are adding a second floor.

Great find. Love the atmosphere. Super friendly staff. Knowledgeable servers. Good drink options. Had the guac to start. Really really good. Moved onto VEGAN Cauliflower quesadilla ... not on the menu but they ACCOMMODATE!!! Very very good. So happy we found this place. Can't wait to come back

I admit i was a little lost when I looked at the menu being used to typical chain Mexican restaurants. Our sever was helpful guiding us to a few great choices and we were not disappointed! Great flavors.

Awesome food, great drinks, service super. Had a relaxing mid week lunch in the off season. Prices reasonable, food just different enough to be fun.

Tried this place out on this surprisingly warm day in Feb. The 1/2 the restaurant has plastic walls, small black round metal tables & Polaroid pictures all over the bar area. I had the Guacamole Del Mar, which was in a lava rock type bowl & was delicious. It mixed seafood with the Guacamole. It was served with tortilla chips.... More

I had been to Diego's before, and brought my BF. We made reservations in advance- which I highly recommend. The drinks are delicious and they had a great special beer that was delectable. We devoured the guacamole which was really good. My BF even insisted on getting a side of it afterwards. The food was great and we had the... More

I had an amazing lunch here during the off season. The food was absolutely delicious, Mexican food. I have a gluten allergy, and they had a huge gluten free menu. I ordered a rice bowl with guac on the side. I, seriously, could have just eaten the guac by itself. If was amazing. I would highly recommend ordering guac and... More

The good marguerites may distract ones attention from the fact that the fish tacos are nearly devoid of fish...and this was a Friday night. All four of us were disappointed in our main courses but the tres leches ( flan) helped a lot! Definitely worth the 10 minute walk to Perro salida for better food at a better price with... More
