I honestly just picked a random place in Grubhub to grab some dinner once I got to my hotel during a stay in Buffalo. I ordered a Philadelphia roll, and Pad Thai. I really wasn't expecting much, but the philadelphia roll was extremely good. The...salmon had a lot of flavor in it, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. The pad thai had a really nice sweet pepper taste as well. It was loaded with peanuts; which while not be everyone's favorite, I loved it. I'll definitely be back here again. Very well priced also.More

I was visiting Buffalo and was in the mood for Chinese and Japanese. Thankfully the hotel employee recommended this place. Service was good, place was clean and food was acceptable. What I liked best is that they were open for dinner until 10 or 10:30...and I needed a late night meal, but not in a “typical “ Chinese take out dive.More

We’re still looking for that wonderful Asian restaurant where you just want to keep coming back again and again. This is not that place! Everything thing is average or below; atmosphere, food, cleanliness, staff, attitude to please and succeed. We will not be back! Very...forgettable!More

Went on a Sunday afternoon so the place was pretty much dead, if you get seated by the windows it was freezing. The waiter was really nice and make sure we were happy with a food and such. The menu has a lot on there...so you can get just about anything and the prices were decent. The only downside was the food was just average, nothing special, Though you get a good size of food for your money.More

My wife and a friend were at Elmwood Village in Buffalo and ended up at the Tokyo Shanghai Bistro for lunch. We ordered three dishes and shared. My shrimp noodle dish was really good. My wife ordered the dish that included shrimp, chicken and pork....These were deep fried with about 3-4 pieces each. My wife liked it. I thought it didn't have much flavor. Our friend ordered the shrimp with vegetables. It looked great. The shrimp were large. The taste was good but I didn't like the consistency of the sauce in the dish, which was sort of slimy. So it turned out we shared very little of each other dishes and I definitely preferred mine.More

Most of the Chinese take-out places in the downtown / west side area are super sketch. This one is clean and has very good takeout and delivery service. A little pricey, but quality food that is not over-seasoned. My go-to takeout place.

I went to this restaurant due to the high ratings it received from this site and I must say, I wasn't disappointed. Myself, my wife and my two teens were the only ones in there to start off with so I cannot say anything about...the service except that I was fast and very pleasant. The food was great, one of the best Chinese I've had, it's flavour was rich but delicate, the veg crisp, the meat melt in your mouth. The decor was pleasant too although I wouldn't call it high end, it was deffinalty way above a take away place. Total bill for 4 adults, $72, so great value too.More

We ordered for pickup and got Crab Rangoons, Fried pork Gyoza, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Alaskan Roll, and California Roll. The total came to $26 and change so we couldn't beat that! The crab Rangoon weren't anything amazing but they were tasty. The gyoza were very...good and I devoured the Alaskan roll and barely got any of the shrimp tempura because my boyfriend made that disappear quick! Really can't beat the price but the food wasn't anything spectacular, still yummy though so I would recommend them.More

My husband and I absolutely ADORE this place! We are a young urban couple that eat only at clean places and it is hard to find when it comes to Chinese food! Out of a thousand places we have been to, we keep coming back...to this one! Their menu is very broad- Lo Mein, Sushi, rolls, hibachi (all above are SUPER fresh)! Their orange chicken is unbeatable! Specialty dishes, like duck breast, or Sweet and sour trio are to die for! And the presentation is superb! We don't go anywhere else for Chinese/Japanese! And their prices are great! Also, once or twice/week their rolls are half off! And the waitress- Ting Ting will make you feel at home! She is PERFECT- so nice, intelligent and genuinely kind! We will always go there!!!More

I absolutely loved this restaurant! Being a vegan, finding a restaurant is a DAUNTING task. I had ooddles of options to choose from! The service staff is attentive, the menu is expansive! Four pages of excellent dishes! They even give you some Chinese noodles to...snack on while you wait!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is passing through the beautiful city of Buffalo, NY!More
