We were visiting Buffalo to see the Blue Jays AAA team, the Bisons. The Buffalo Tourism ladies recommended this restaurant as it was near the ball park. The specific recommendation was the spaghetti parm. We entered and the first thing we saw was the kitchen (safely behind glass). If you have nothing to hide.... We were seated promptly and read... Lived in Buffalo for 55 years and ended up in Florida. During our yearly visits the first place we go is to see family of course , always followed by Chef's. Their Spaghetti Parm is awesome. Loaded with cheese with the best sauce we ever had. Hate the snow but loves Chef's !!!!

WE get to come to Buffalo yearly for new radio station WLKK (Buffalo's Alternative) and their KERFUFFLE Fest every 3rd week of July and we always make Chef's a MUST stop - from the BIBS they hand you to eat with your meal (and yes they are white) to the large amount of food at reasonable prices - you won't... If you want huge servings of perfectly baked pasta with loads of cheese, then look no further. I can't recommend Chef's without promoting some of the best pasta in town. The rows of celebrity photos are testament to how loved the restaurant is. Not a restaurant you want to drop in, though, as they're always packed. It's best to call... More

My husband is always looking for a good Italian restaurant. The old fashioned kind with red and white check table cloths and bread on the table as well as a great tasting sauce. On a recent trip to Buffalo, we found Chefs which had it all. Friendly staff and delicious Italian food.

Chef's is one of my favorite restaurant's in Buffalo. It is one of those places that you have to put on your list when you are in town. Weekends get busy so you definitely want to make reservations. Make sure you try the spaghetti parm even if you get it as your side dish - it is awesome!
