Although we haven't been there in a while, it is still one of our favorites. Food is excellent wait staff is always very courteous and attentive. Although pricey it is worth it.

My wife and I had our anniversary dinner here with three of our kids and had a wonderful experience. The food and service were terrific. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes and their preparation. Table side Caeser salad prep is old school and fun. The grilled octopus and stuffed zucchini flowers were great appetizers and unlike another... More

Very pricey for not very tasty food . Soft shell crabs smelled very fishy . My daughters duck was tasteless . My husband fish was oily and rubbery . I was not informed of the special of the day which included lobster and prime rib which my family would have ordered. I was very disappointed with the food except for... More

I visited a good friend living in Buffalo who loves food, and while Buffalo has many good restaurants, he eats in this one at least twenty times annually. Think about it---he's at Lombardo's Risotrante every other week. My wife and I now know why. It's a local gem, diners on first name basis with the owner, glasses and silverware spotless... More

We went to Lombardo's with a couple friends and we were could not have been more pleased with the service and the food. We started with the Roasted Figs wrapped in Prosciutto and a Caesar Salad. The figs were roasted in a wood fired oven and the figs were soft and the prosciutto was crispy and it all had the... More

Friends of ours had mentioned last fall, that they had been to Lombardo's for lunch and we should try it sometime. We put it on our, "to go list". You know how that goes. So our friends called recently and wanted to get together for lunch. We set a date (3/10/16) and they would make a reservation. Guess where? Lunch... More

The "large" pasta portions were surprisingly tiny for the price. I honestly thought they had given us the small size until I saw the bill. The appetizers were also very small. The service, however, was 5 star. I live in the neighborhood and can get homemade pasta that tastes just as good, if not better, at Craving down the street.... More

Don't get me wrong, the food is good here but not at all worth the price tag. $22 for a very small portion of pasta in Buffalo is a little outrageous. The meal comes with bread but if you want a side salad get ready to dish out an additional $11 for a small wedge salad. Buffalo has many other... More

I'm pretty hesitant to go out for Italian, since it's my heritage and can cook and therefore am a bit of a snob when it comes to eating out for Italian. I have known about this restaurant for 20 years and never stepped foot inside, but Lombardo Ristorante made me a believer that you can still go out and get... More

Description
Established in 1975, 40 years and 3 generations later Ristorante Lombardo has evolved into one of the regions best and most authentic Italian restaurants. Our seasonally changing menu features original creations inspired by regional Italian preparations, including fresh handmade pastas, house cured meats, hand pulled mozzarella, wood-fired thin crust pizzas, house made decadent desserts and more. In the summer months be sure to join us for dining al fresco on the city's best patio. And while the menu and the decor of the restaurant has surely changed over the years the hospitality that we've become known for surely has not. We'd genuinely love to have you in our restaurant and hope you can make it soon!- The Lombardo's
