One of the best Japanese restaurants in town, the specials are delectable though very pricey. It is small inside so be prepared to wait for a table, but worth it

In the midst of packing for a big move we decided to takeout from Kunis. The order was ready when we came to pick it up. the service was friendly and efficient. The Sushi when we got back to the apartment was fresh and tasty. As always with Kunis we were not disappointed.

One of my favortie sashimi spots, they also have a nice menu for other sushi rolls and dishes. Parking is a nigtmare there is no lot. The location is really tiny, At times you feel like you're sitting ontop of other people, but the fish is worth it. A great selection of Sake. The exterior of the building is kind... More

I have known Kuni for over 20 years. He is the person that helped develop my passion for sushi. If there is one restaurant you should visit on or near the Elmwood strip, this is the one. They do not take reservations so get there early and try one of their many wonderful sake choices while you wait. The wait... More

Absolutely the best Sushi on Buffalo's West side. Unfortunately is often very crowded and does not take reservations.

The sushi here is really good and service was good as well. My favorite roll was the shrimp tempura and smoked salmon roll. They were not extraordinary or anything but still good. This restaurant is pretty small so my date and I sat right at the sushi bar which I did not mind but others may. I don't think it... More

I loved the sushi! Reasonably priced. The food is beautifully prepared and worth the try. You'll want to return again and again. One of the best sushi places in Buffalo. The only thing not to their favor is the place is small.

this restaurant is extremely small. They do not take reservations. We were told a 45min wait, but waited over an hour and a half. The sushi was decent, but not extraordinary. Tofu gyozas were my favorite.

Ok, I realize the seating is limited and a party of 6 on a Friday night is a challenge. So, when they told us it would be about an hour I asked if that was realistic. I was assured an hour would be plenty of time ... So, we ventured next door for some cocktails. That was actually delightful ..... More
