We went based on the vegan reviews. This is your very typical greasy spoon diner. Good bagel and omelet but for our vegan diner very limited breakfast option. No vegan pancakes. The coffee was not good. The waitress was very nice and gave good service. I was surprised when I said yes to cream in my coffee and she came... More

I went to the University at Buffalo for my undergrad and grad. This was perhaps the hippiest, healthiest, and the most affordable place for the college liberals to sit down and have lesbian waitresses be rude to you while they serve the most delicious fries and lentil wraps and tabouleh. Get the sweetened iced tea, lentil berry wrap, seitan wrap... More

Nice, quirky little cafe/dinner. Hot and cold vegan options and good coffee. I would go back for lunch when in Buffalo again; hummus lacking a bit of flavor.

Amy's Place is popular with the college crowd, as it serves delicious, comforting, unpretentious meals that is reasonably priced. They have a ton of vegan and vegetarian options (vegan Dan Kabobs are so good), but a ton for the meat eater as well. The staff is super friendly and are really good at keeping drinks topped off. Overall, it has... More

One of our daughters, who is a vegetarian, asked to go to Amy's for her birthday dinner. Since a second daughter also is a vegetarian, we gladly went, We had a good time and ate well. This is a very simple place. They do not serve alcohol, so if you want a drink stop before or after dinner. The staff... More

I miss the wet shoes. They are soooo good. We used to walk here and enjoy a nice lunch before starting to party.

I have been here twice and it was always good. It can be busy and crowded but the food is great. I will be going back for sure

With a hint of a middle eastern flavor, Amy's place is a little, really American diner. Red seats, refill coffee, very low-cost and convenient. Perfect combination for a hungry student!

My bf and I came here for breakfast and we werent disappointed. We are from Australia and were looking for a low key place for breakfast. I ordered a short stack of blueberry pancakes and he got an omelette with home fries and an english muffin. The meals were huge! And so delicious! The coffee was also great and the... More
