Hot wings were tasty and the Scallops were delicious. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. Restaurant in the basement of an old hotel with plenty of parking on the side and behind. Was one of our wing stops and did not disappoint.

This tucked away basement bar is quite the hidden gem. The drinks are always flowing and the food is exceptionally tasty! Not to mention they have the largest beer selection in all of Buffalo! Oh, and did I mention their amazing staff? Andrea and Jason...really know how to make you feel at home with their sparkling personalities and friendly banter. You’re never without a drink when these 2 cool cats are behind the bar! Stop down and have a drink, or 12. You won’t regret it.More

Moog and I chose the Lenox for an evening meal. We planned on something along the lines of steak or such, but as we walked to our seats (the dining area is small, almost intimate but for the open seating) the smell of Buffalo wings...was too much to resist. Moog got “chicken fingers” and I the wings. Her fingers and the Buffalo sauce were great - and accompanying fries. I don’t normally stray from the originals but this night tried “honey sriracha” wings. They were very good - cooked/grilled perfectly. Crispy/charred on the outside and done/moist inside. The flavor was more honey than sriracha and very sticky. Br prepared for any paper napkin to stick to your fingers. We also had the stuffed hot peppers, excellent but only 2 for the price. The mac & cheese- house specialty - is excellent as well. They advertise a selection of 500 beers - we only had 2. Off street parking was available and our server Logan was friendly and efficient. We’ll definitely be back in the future!More

Consistent great service at the bar and great macaroni and cheese!! Great drinks, too. Just a dark, nice place that is cozy in the colder months. A little too dark for the nicer months but that does not affect the great service or food!

We popped in here on Saturday for a leisurely lunch - our first visit to The Lenox. Our serve - who was also the bartender - was very friendly and knowledgable - but with a bar full of patrons and two tables in the dining...room could have used help. We shared a single order of the Buffalo wings; the special was pumpkin spice which we ordered. The wings were fantastic - crisp, hot and spiced well but not too heavy, nor too sweet. I had the fish & chips while my wife went with the roast beef sandwich. The fries were great - thin, crisp and hand-cut! My fish was excellent as was the coleslaw - my wife however felt the bun was too big and the beef had a deli-quality taste. As other reviewers have noted; parking is a real issue for this restaurant but overall was a good experience.More

I stopped for lunch at the Lenox grill and they had quite an impressive selection of beers and hard ciders. The spicy chicken gumbo was amazing as was the other food I ordered! Nice quiet and art-deco feel to the atmosphere, will definitely be back...to try the dinner dishes sometime!More

Was very excited to try this establishment. Read a few negative reviews. Saw they were old reviews, so tried this past Saturday. The negative reviews were spot on. 600 beers, bad food, and bad service. Would be able to go back if service was a...bit better. Loved the valet parking. Was ok with the dark cellar features. Food was mediocre at best. Calamari was incredibly greasy. Enjoyed the roasted peppers and pickled onions that came with it. Went with burger and salad for meal. Burger was far from medium well. Also believe it was loaded with garlic powder. Salad was wilty and not fresh looking or tasting. Bartenders were very inattentive until check time. A bit too late, maybe if we were regulars or knew staff from outside restaurant. Restroom was quite unclean. Will not even try again. Hope a management changes for sake of this place. Good luck if you decide to go.More

Three couples went to the Lenox Grill for their date night special. The date night special cost $79 per couple. It includes salad, surf and turf, dessert, and a bottle of wine. Everything was of high quality cooked to perfection and the service was friendly...and prompt. We all agreed we would not hesitate to come back to this place for their date night special.More

This was my second trip to Buffalo. Last time a friend took us to another place that was no better than some local places in CT where we live. Some locals mentioned Anchor and Lenox and we chose Lenox. Incredibly crisp and not greasy at...all. Got sauce on the side and loved it. Next visit I want to go with friends, getting a small order at several places to do a real taste test.More

My brother and sister in law were very excited to visit the Lenox Grille. They live in town... we don’t... so they were excited about checking out the spot and we were game to be along for the ride. It’s got an exterior entrance to...a newly renovated hotel, so our first impressions were very good. Looked like a pub and that’s right up our alley. Once inside, we realized they only had one beer on tap... Guinness. Every other beer is in a can or bottle. I kind of felt this wouldn’t be my kind of place from that point alone. They seated our group of six in the back room. With a group our size, that is fine, but the basic energy of the front room did not transfer as the back room lacks basic personality, and didn’t even have basic music playing. The menu was fine but very “bar” with no viable healthy options. I got wings (I know.... I didn’t say I was going to eat healthy). Two people got the very large awesome burger (they have only one burger on the menu and it massive), someone got Mac m cheese with brisket and loved it, and the others got pasta. The food was good enough, but not notable. We all agreed that we appreciated the experience but that we would not be returning for a repeat performance.More

We visited here from the suburbs for the first time. The service was prompt and pleasant. The Cajun soup was extra spicy so be prepared. The club sandwich was good. Beers were cold with the largest selection of craft beers I’ve seen anywhere. Overall a...nice place but not a target destination in the future. Bar area looked like a lot of fun and could see just hanging out there.More

Dimly lit spot puts me in mind of a sportsman's cabin with fish and animal heads on the wall (don't think they were real for those of you who care) but the beer selection was impressive and the burger I had was really good! Would...go back for sure.More
