Having heard the best things about WingNutz i was happy to see that the recommendations were spot on. We tried WingNutz Mild, WingNutz Medium, WingNutz Hot, Cajun, Honey Butter and a Garlic version. Please note there are also regular style Hot, Medium and Mild, but...the WingNutz versions are the owners take made with custom sauce. The sauces were all really good with my favorite being the Cajun, WingNutz Mild and WingNutz Hot. The wings themselves are huge and the texture they get are about as perfect as once can ask for out of any wing in WNY. These wings are Top 5 in WNY and if you don't know, now you know.More

We thank you for the review; it is spectacular! Just one correction, though - Wingnutz makes Honey Garlic, not Honey Butter sauce. Other than that, again we thank you - for making us the Top 5 Wings in your world! Hope to see you again...More

Soooo, as usual I bought a Dining Deal of some sort over a year ago and lost it much to my dismay. I was always meaning to go and then I found my coupon (expired of course) out of the blue so I made myself...just go. I passed the place three times not realizing it was in a Knights of Columbus building. Very unassuming, has a bingo hall look inside. Friendly owner. I ordered 20 ‘Wingnutz Medium’ and 10 Buffalo Medium. I also got a side of ‘Wingnutz Hot’ on the side. The ‘Wingnutz’ sauces are their signature take on wing sauces. Their wings are cooked to just the right crispiness with almost a breaded texture although I wouldn’t call them breaded. Oh. And they are HUGE ! And saucy ! I consider myself a chicken wing aficionado and have been in search for the Holy Grail of wings for years. I have to say that I may very well have found it !! While they are different from Elmo’s (my all time fave) and Bar Bill Tavern (a close 2nd) Wingnutz wings have a uniquely delicious flavor. They have a hint of clove to them with a perfect mix of sweet and heat. They may not be for everyone because they aren’t ‘traditional’ Buffalo wings but I liked them even more ! The regular Buffalo style wings they offer were also very good. I liked the ‘Wingnutz’ version better. I honestly can’t say enough about them. Can’t wait to go back ! They also offer roast beef on week sandwiches and French fries, etc. Definitely going to try the beef on weck. Major props to Wingnutz ! If you like wings and you don’t try these you’re doing yourself a disservice. THAT good !More

Was not pleased with the owners handling of our mistakenly ordering a medium win=g and getting some cinnamon infused sauces, which we didn't like. He told us infatically twice it was on the menu. Problem is when we ordered he asked if this was our...first time, to which we responded yes, and asked about what. He didn't explain and then responded curtly to our question. Would not go back there, service is 75% of the experience.More

Thanks for the review; there may have been a misunderstanding, as the menu is always explained. You do not clarify what the "handling" was, so we cannot help you with that, and as for the curtness; there may not have been an accurate reading there,...More

I don't think I'll ever be able to eat wings again because literally nothing can compare to these. I knew I'd be passing through Buffalo and I did my research, I found this place mentioned on buzzfeed along with other places and knew that my...one true buffalo wing experience had to be here. This is in a Knights of Columbus building so it's not advertised from the street but just walk in. The woman at the counter (one of the owners) said I could split my order between as many sauces as I wanted which was helpful because I couldn't decide. Wait of about 30 minutes which I expected based on other reviews but that is because everything is fresh. Bar upstairs where you can wait if that's your thing. But the wings... I was just not prepared. First they are HUGE, I couldn't finish an order of 10. The hot sauce (their sauce) is extremely hot but so flavorful. The sauce is thick and sticks to the wings but the wings stayed crispy the whole time even drenched in sauce. The owners chatted with me while I ate and you can tell they love what they do and you can tell by how much care goes into what they serve. If you're from out of town you can sign their guestbook too. I don't know why there aren't more reviews of this place. The people need to know this exists. You will not regret eating here.More

I love hidden gem places.. and this one fits the bill to the highest degree! First of all it in the Knights of Columbus building, so don’t go looking for a street sign. Owners are Fantastic people that cook the meals themselves when ordered.. nothing...precooked.. so it takes a little longer.. but so worth it! The wings are huge. We had mild, medium & garlic honey wings & the roast beef sandwich ( get your bun wrecked) & seasoned fries. Yum yum yum! Pleased with everything. I could make a meal out of their beef dipping sauce Definitely a Buffalo treat! Thank you from TXMore

Perfectly crispy skin on chicken wings! Loved the mild sauce. Medium had a bit of clove. French fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Gravy with fries is from the drippings of the beef they cook. Next time, I hope to...get there soon enough to sample the beef on weck.More
