Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback! We deeply appreciate guests like you that care about what we do! I will look into the issues that are within our control. Unfortunately I can’t do anything about the parking.

The service was terrible. We didn’t get water until we asked for it. The couple that came in later than we did was never asked for their drink order and then it took an hour for our dinner to be served

first and foremost, it really pains me to give this place just one star. the food is absolutely amazing and deserves all five stars. however, on more than one occasion, the service has been awful--especially this evening. I made a reservation for tonight for two...and we arrived a few minutes early. this evening, much like the last time I came, I made a reservation and in spite of there being several open tables, they didn't want to sit us until 10-15 minutes after the reservation time because the kitchen was backed up. when we finally sat, my guest and I placed our food orders. we got our beverages and didn't see our waitress for forty minutes. at that time she came to our table to offer us refills, saying nothing about where our food was. my guest asked what the delay was and the waitress told us it would be another 20-30 minutes, to which my reply was--we've already been waiting forty minutes with no food and no explanation from her (the waitress) until we asked. we waited thirty minutes and the food finally came. as another waitress was putting the food down, she accidentally tipped the plate and spilled cold, wet coleslaw on my guests shirt and lap. the waitress said it was an accident and laughed. my guest got visibly upset and started wiping herself off and the waitress never apologized. instead she got an attitude and said again that it was an accident. our waitress came back a few minutes after and apologized on behalf of the other waitress. my guest and i expressed that we knew this was an accident, however she laughed and didn't apologize. the waitress said she herself laughs in awkward situations, however this wasn't an awkward situation. this was an accident and the waitress wasn't even bothered by it. we ate our food, which was very good, but promptly paid the bill and left. it took well over an hour for us to get our food. the other tables in the restaurant were empty of food and both waitresses handled spilling food on a guest horribly. as I said in the very beginning, the food is amazing, but the service is always lacking. there seems to always be problems in the kitchen, resulting in our food coming out late. the waitress might say this is a one time thing or a rare occurrence, but it's not. I've been here at least ten times and out of those visits there were kitchen problems eight times. as a true fan--please, burning buffalo, fix your customer service and food service.More

In all fairness Pam this is the third place you’ve posted this same review. I’ll copy my response here as I have on yelp and Zomato but at this point it’s pretty clear that you’re not interested in allowing me to resolve the issue since...More

Went last night for valentines day, made a reservation online, and although we showed up a little late, we were able to be seated right away. Our server, whose name escapes me, was the epitome of what a good server should be like! Asking us...several times how everything was, able to give us updated info about the restaurant and the items on the menu. I had the elk burger, and I was absolutely blown away. So much flavor. One of the best burgers I've had in a while. Will most definitely be returning once it gets warmer out and can enjoy the patio.More

Just hit this place for dinner last night with my daughter Andrea. The bar seems very well equipped with lots of choices of beer and liquor . The food choices were less abundant but that was good because I've been overwhelmed at times and taken...forever to make up my mind. We both opted for the Burning Buffalo Club sandwich which was good. Service from Adrianna was good as she asked us several times if we needed anything. The crowed at 5:30 was sparse. All in all a good (average) place to eat.More

After seeing an afternoon show at the Sportsmen's Tavern with another couple. We decided to get something to eat at the Burning Buffalo Bar & Grill.. We were surprised by the improvement in the layout and lighting from when it was the Shadow Lounge. The...waitress was friendly and informative concerning the beer selection. We all enjoyed the food and certainly plan on coming back. Well done!More

Had a wonderful meal. The servings are large and very good. Service is excellent, also. Had their beer battered fish fry. The fish was fresh and tender, fries perfectly cooked.
