Small place, big flavor

This place is fantastic! We actually ate here on Monday night, went to the Grand Canyon the next day, then came back the next night for dinner with the whole fam (parents, grandparents, and kids aged 12-newborn). It is small, so not too easy to get a table for 12, but they worked with us to get two tables next to each other. The “halfy hour” is an incredible deal. Both adults and kids happily slurped up their ramen. Don’t miss this place if you’re in Flagstaff!

First time here. Inside was an oven so we found a table outside. Service was poor. Brought wrong drink, forgot ordered items, etc. Ramen was decent. Saving grace was happy hour 50% off.

Excellent ramen

I wanted something to eat other than Mexican. It was kind of late when we got back to our hotel after our tour and the restaurant was crowded so I ordered my food to go. I ordered ramen, added mushrooms and beef. It was still hot when I got back to my room and tasted great. The potstickers on top were great to. Very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend.

Falsely claimed they were open.

They claim that they are open for take-out or delivery online and signs at the restaurant, but they are not. My wife and I were really looking forward to having ramen for our anniversary dinner and their false claims have seriously bummed us out in our special day. If you are not open, do not advertise that you are

Inflated prices, mandatory tip 4 takeout with no care for customer satisfaction!

This used to be a good restaurant however managerial changes have led to poor service, long wait times, understaffing, inflexible payment policy, and unprofessional treatment of guests. They really don’t care if you’re happy or come back! No clue what’s important to clientele including getting an order right. Will Not recommend or return.

Waited an hour and a half to be seated. Was served cold ramen. When I asked for a replacement bowl I was offered a 'side of warm broth' to add to the ramen. My sons kids bowl was hotter than mine. Anyways if you want real ramen skip this place and head to the bay area in California.

Disappointing

This place used to serve one of my all-time favorite dishes in town: fried cauliflower. But the stuff I got the other night was steamed (boiled?) and topped with an overly sweet sauce. No sesame seeds, chili threads, or green onions. If the recipe has changed, the online menu should reflect that. In addition, the spring rolls were meh. I've tasted better from the frozen-food section of the grocery store.

A great restaurant

Overall a great restaurant, but there are some few things that are not done so well. First, it was inconvenient to use the online menu. Second, most veggies were burnt. Finally, the soup was a little salty. But other than that, the rest was great! They have friendly kids menu. The waitress was nice, too.

GF noodles in flagstaff but not celiac

This ramen bar was delicious and does have 2 gluten free options. They keep the noodles separate but all cooked in the same water. Also the work stations are not separate so risk of cross contamination high. The staff mentioned this, but as it comes up in several GF reviews, the clarification is important.

Delicious food, inventive cocktails

We stopped in on the recommendation of our bartender at DSB. Everything we had was stellar, and the cocktail program was inventive and interesting. We sat at the bar, and our bartender was pleasant, attentive, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend especially if you’re looking to break the monotony of typical road trip fare.

Awesome Gluten Free Udon

Flew in to town super late and chose this place for a door dash - really good quality and fresh. Came back two days later after hiking the canyon and went in person. Sat at the bar and watched it being made.

Hidden Gem!

Great flavors and so many options for vegans, vegetarians and carnivores! Place was super busy the night we were there, so we ate at the bar. We had great service, very friendly bartender and really enjoyed the food. We had Edamame for a starter, then for main dishes ordered Mic Drop, Udon Vegetarian and I had the Sweet Chili Tofu which was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside! Just the right amount of heat. So good!

Worth a visit.

Disappointing

Very crowded, hot n Smokey. Food had nice spices but very little meat.. ground meat only a sprinkle. No beef available. Fried macaroni ball was a pleasant surprise.
