This used to be a good restaurant however managerial changes have led to poor service, long wait times, understaffing, inflexible payment policy, and unprofessional treatment of guests. They really don’t care if you’re happy or come back! No clue what’s important to clientele including getting...an order right. Will Not recommend or return.More

They claim that they are open for take-out or delivery online and signs at the restaurant, but they are not. My wife and I were really looking forward to having ramen for our anniversary dinner and their false claims have seriously bummed us out in...our special day. If you are not open, do not advertise that you areMore

This seems like a popular restaurant however I found it average at best. Not authentic, more “geijen” ramen.

So glad we read reviews and the article on the "17 best Flagstaff restaurants to try"! We have two awesome ramen places in Nashville (so we have ramen cred), and this stacks up nicely. I wish that I had remembered that reviewers noted you could...change out the noodles. I had the MicDrop, but had it with soba noodles, and would have preferred ramen. The flavor was fantastic, as was the protein load! My husband had the spicy TanTanMen and was very happy. Their cocktails and sake were great, also. Service was slightly slow, but they were busy. Still, very friendly. We'd definitely go back.More

Wow. I stumbled by accident into Sosoba. After reading the menu I decided on one of the ramen. And what a ramen it was, a delicious milky pork broth, bursting with depth flavours and accompanied by a selection of great prepared flavours. Well done chef......and the friendly blond waitress with her yellow t-shirt was awesome too. Pity, that I will never be able to re-visit this incredible taste exclusive ever again. Thanks OliverMore

We always make a stop at Sosoba when we go to Flag. We love the different types of noodles on the menu, which can be interchangeable on request, as can the broth. I have tried all the noodle bowls on the menu and can’t decide...which I like best! Try the Spring Roll appetizer and definitely have some Mochi for dessert.More

My husband and I are visiting Flagstaff for an anniversary get away. We decided to check this place out because it was within walking distance of our hotel and it had good reviews. We weren’t disappointed. The staff greeted us with a friendly welcome right...when we walked in and invited us to grab a menu and find a seat. We ordered a couple cocktails and appetizers and a bowl of soup to share. Our server was friendly, helpful, and on point. I’m a sucker for whiskey cocktails and the Osaka smash was delicious. The bartender must have overheard us talking about or anniversary cuz when he brought our drinks over he wished us a happy anniversary and went out of his way to make the occasion special for us. Thanks awesome bartender, sorry I didn’t get your name but if you see this we think you are great at what you do! Thanks for making our night. We will definitely be back. If you are visiting Flagstaff check this place out.More

Craving ramen we found this place on Google. Located in the historical district off an alley. This small open kitchen cafe has a small menu of great Asian inspired items. The main entrees are a variety of ramen or noodle based dishes with unique flavors....The Micdrop ramen is packed full of flavor with pork belly, egg and kimchi. Yum! The Katsu Ramen has crunchy tender chicken with tasty corn. Great variety of starters and nice selection of local beers and spirits. The service was terrific and we had a great time. It hit the spot!More

We came as a family of 5, and got great service. The waiter recommended "the micdrop" and "mothra" and for the Kids they made a special dish. Absolutely worth a visit if you like noodles and want to try an actual tasty meal instead of...instant noodles.More
