We were looking for a fast and decent lower fare place to grab lunch and tried this place. I had a "Cowasabi" and it was delicious. My partner ordered a Hail Chicken Caesar and it was good. We weren't expecting much and this place beat...that by far. The interior decorations with the lunch boxes were fun to look at as well.More

Stopped in to get some sandwiches to go. Nice place with a collection of old lunch boxes lining the walls. It is also a bakery and the bakery case looked wonderful. I had a "sandwich" with out the bread. It was the Santa Fe Carnitas...- Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder, Caramelized Onions, Hatch Green Chile, Cheddar Cheese, and the Lunchbox’s Spicy Aioli. So good, tender, and the Aioli, Mmmmm. Husband had the Perky Turkey - Fresh Roasted Turkey, Swiss Cheese, Tomato Slices, Pea Sprouts, Dijon Mustard, and Mayo served on White Bread. The sandwiches came with a side. We had the chips and pasta salad. The pasta salad needs more flavor and moisture, but it was okay. Staff was accommodating to the no bread and they even weighed the meat for me since I track my food. We would definitely go again.More

It wasn't my call to order from here. I'd learned my lesson that the food would be decent, conditions clean and presentable, but table-scrap portions. My honest take is that it would be a fine place but for their apparent business decision to maximize profit...by minimizing portion. I had a sandwich which was small, a bit dry, lifeless. This was the third time. Word of mouth about generous portions, tasty dressing or seasonings and a nice looking side would travel fast!More

It’s our “go to” breakfast, lunch spot when we’re on Flag or just passing through. GREAT sandwiches and their daily soup is always awesome!

My husband and I stopped by for lunch. We split a delicious chicken salad sandwich that was topped with cashews. I thought it was very creative to add whole cashews as a topping. We had a choice of three sides. We chose sliced raw vegetables....The veggies were cut by a Madeleine and were very thin. Thus the carrots, zucchini and yellow summer squash were all quite tender. The veggies came with a ranch dipping sauce. I liked this side dish a lot. One of the other available sides was pasta salad. We ordered a coconut turnover for dessert. We liked it. We have yet to eat the tiny apple pie/tart we bought. For some reason, we got two-for-one pricing on the bakery. Perhaps this is because happy hour is one hour before closing, and we were there at 2:15 pm on a Monday, within that near-closing time period. I saw a lot of people come in to buy specialty coffee drinks during happy hour. We really liked the decor of this restaurant. It is decorated with a lot of vintage metal lunch boxes. Apparently customers have donated some of them. We enjoyed looking at them. Some are on shelves; some are hanging on the walls. The cafe has a fairly good amount of seating, both in and out. The atmosphere is relaxed. There are a lot of interesting creative dishes on the menu. I look forward to trying more of them. We will definitely return.More

We were glad we did!! The lunch selections were unique, the service was excellent and friendly (Rachel was very nice and helpful with selections). We would definitely come back again. We learned they make their pastries and soup fresh daily. The pasta that was an...option to come with the sandwich was very good. We split the Sante Fe Carnitas hot sandwich. Loved it!!!!More

What a delightful lunch venue this is. We like to eat local and avoid the national chains whenever possible. Usually it pays off and Jitters was no exception. The variety and quality of sandwiches and soups clearly indicate talent in the kitchen, not to mention...the incredible pastries on display in the desert case. The super friendly staff are all helpful and courteous. They obviously take pride in their work. I underestand that Jitters is now offering catering to local businesses. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. You wont regret it.More
