There are three things that make Pasto my new favorite restaurant in Flagstaff (in fact, I went twice for lunch in three days): 1) The back patio is beautiful! Aspens, a fountain, shade, and the occasional sparrow create a welcome respite from the crowded, noisy sidewalks of downtown. I first brought family, and a business meeting the second time, and... Pasto has a beautiful patio out back that makes it a lovely place to dine on a summer evening. Service was good. Food was mostly very good but the price was pretty expensive. Caprese salad was very good as was the meatball appetizer. Shrimp scampi was expensive but just okay. Chicken Parmesan is made with smoked cheese which was spelled... More

I have been here many times iver the last six years because the patio is a very nice spot for lunch. The food used to be good, not great, but it is slipping further. The BLT with avocado had one slice of bacon broke in half and it was not cheap. The wine glass they served my savingon blanc in was thicker... More

We stopped by for lunch for our daughters birthdays. The food was outstanding and when our waiter heard we were celebrating our daughters birthdays, he discreetly took us aside and asked what they liked. Two girls, two different likes, not a problem. He brought them EACH a dessert (full sized) and they were AMAZING! Will definitely return!

We aren't the type of couple that goes out to eat, then orders the cheapest thing on the menu. We always order several courses, as we did at Pasto. The first sign of trouble was the fact they did not have any unflavored mineral water! That's all I drink when I am driving, so I was stuck with tap water.... More

A lovely Italian restaurant with a slightly different sort of menu. Food is excellent and the staff very friendly. Walked in only to realise we had been here before several years ago when last in Flagstaff.

Having lived in NJ/NY for 35 years, I was not expecting anything that compared to NYC quality Italian food. Their marinara sauce is truly excellent and the pasta was cooked just right. The two salads we had were excellent and not drenched in dressing. Service was friendly and not rushed although it was a week night,

When I want to treat myself or my guests in downtown Flagstaff this is where I go. In warmer months the patio is lovely. My favorite dishes are the eggs diablo and the eggplant and portabello fries. There really are no vegan options but there are good lacto-ovo vegetarian options.

Servings were ample and the food was fresh and quality. Pairing wines were acceptable. Price was typical for New Year's Eve. I would recommend.

The meal was excellent. The restaurant is small, but makes up for it with great service and well prepared food. Would definitely eat there again. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. I felt like I was in a restaurant in Italy. Although it is downtown,we had no problem find a place to park.
