Good food, reasonable price, friendly staff. Only problem is the wait, is always overcrowded. Maybe time to franchise?

This was my son’s favorite place to eat on vacation. We had the 66er and it was very good. He also had the root beer shake which he loved. He voted it as the best burger hes ever had.

We had two double burgers and fries. The guacamole burger and the san gabriel burger. The fries were lukewarm and terrible. The burgers are small and they were so overcooked they were barely edible. Long line of cars and very slow. Nice workers who were...friendly and courteous.More

We just left the hospital for a visit and we’re hungry. Very long line in cars but don’t let that discourage you. They’re very fast courteous and the food was excellent. The young man that waited on us have been there for six years and...he was absolutely superb I cannot remember his name.More

This isn't based on the food, location or ambiance, it's purely based on the unwillingness of the workers wanting to do their job. I understand that there may be a curfew in place, but here- call in at 7:08 pm to place an order to...expedite the process. 2 shakes, a burger meal and a grilled cheese sandwich. Kayla(?) answers the phone, and tells me that their policy is not to take phone in orders a half hour before they close, and they close at 7:30. Ok. But in the background, a boy yells "Tell them we're closed." Yeah, I'm not going to show up and risk my food being sabotaged because the kids that are working don't feel like working. I don't think I've ever given a one star review, but here it is. Sorry, Mama.More

We stopped here on our way back to Phoenix. We sat on the patio, facing the snowy mountain. It was a great view. The food was fresh and delicious. I had the Cholula Jack burger, great flavors. I thought the cost was very reasonable. We...will definitely return on our next trip.More

Popular with and recommended by locals which says a lot. Drive through available. Some seating inside and out. Great burgers and fries.

We were about to head out of Flagstaff to drive back to Phoenix for our flight home. While stopped at the gas station, across the street, I noticed the Mama Burger restaurant. The parking lot was full, so that was an indicator to me the...food must be really good. We were hungry, so we decided to eat there instead of waiting until we arrived back in Phoenix. We were so glad we ate at Mama Burger. We chose to create our own burger to customize our toppings. Our burgers were sooooo DELICIOUS! They were juicy and flavorful. We also loved the handcut fries. I don't drink milkshakes anymore, but everyone drinking them around us seemed to have been really enjoying them. The restaurant and dining area is really small and packed tight. The lines for ordering inside and the drive through were nonstop the entire time we were there.More

The food here is delicious, shakes, fries and burgers. The ambiance was a little off putting, crowded and kind of dirty.

Easy to locate as you pass right by it coming from the Grand Canyon or snowbowl into town. Really good food, great milkshakes. The dining area is crowded and less than desirable, but the food is worth the wait.
