I love good coffee, when I come up here from Scottsdale we always stop by. Whoever is behind the counter will always take your order with a smile and can recommend something new to try. Like today, I tried the black and white mocha... Perfect blend and will definitely get again. Perfect patio to relax on too.

#1 favorite coffee shop around! The espresso has a rich flavor without being thin or burnt tasting. Go for a Dave's Rockhammer and you'll be loving life!

Kids' hot chocolate made to drinkable temperature (if you're a parent, you get this one!). Delicious housemade Chai. Rooibos tea was perfect. Cool little place, with friendly staff and delicious food/drink.

I stopped in for coffee and a muffin one day, as so many people had raved about the place. I event know someone in Phoenix - a foodie - who insists on Late for the Train coffee, so has it shipped down. Not sure if I just got lucky, but the inside of my muffin was not cooked. I couldn't... More

Thank you for your review dated March, 2015. We hope that you enjoyed your coffee and are very sorry that the muffin needed more time in the oven. Please know that had you been in the Cafe, we would have offered you another pastry. Thank you again for letting us know and we hope that you will try us again! More

As a visitor from Australia it is a challenge to find a nice cappuccino in the USA but I certainly had a great one here at LFTT. We also sampled some of the home baked goodies which were lovely too. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff but best of all - lovely coffee ☺️

Pulled in on the way to the slopes and am so glad we did. Stopped by on the second day as well. Locally made delicious treats and a real cappucino that some TLC was put into, not just pressing a button. Friendly staff and a great drink menu. Only place I will get coffee when visiting Flagstaff from here on... More

Late For The Train first opened in 1993 with the downtown Flagstaff cafe and they started roasting their own coffee not too long after, in 1996. Now there are three locations in the Flagstaff community that are supported by their first rate coffee roastery. Over the years they have maintained a level of quality that set them apart from the beginning. In addition to locally roasted quality coffee they offer a unique blend of mochas and chais, such as the Spicy Chai Latte where they give India’s national beverage a taste of Arizona with a touch of spicy peppers. The Coconino Mocha is a rich treat--ultra smooth and made in-house with premium chocolate and their hand-crafted cold-brewed coffee.
