There is a great old fashioned charm to Arcaro's Pizza. A great bar with a large selection of drafts and liquor is seperated from the main family dining area. A wide variety of great Italian food on the menu, but the real treat is the pizza. The difference is in the sauce and the fine cheese that melts right in.... More

The pizza here is unique and one of the best around. Sausage and extra cheese is our favorite. Been a customer for over twenty years.

Husband and I were in town for one night. We had heard this was the pizza capital of the world so we thought we would give it a try. Pizza was definitely different. It was fluffy with creamy cheese like American cheese pizza and crispy crust on the bottom. We preferred the white pie over the red. Our waitress was... More

Not sure if the sausage is house made or comes from a distributor...but their sausage is the best. Just the right amount of heat! Served on a National Bakery Hard Roll with Italian peppers. Juicy & to die for. We always get the hot sausage on our pizza, too. The pizza dough is light as air! Two people can easily... More

I grew up eating this pizza. It was originally Tomeo's, I believe. It is certainly different from any other pizza, in Scranton, in New York, or Italy. It's a rectangular thing and it's creamy cheese tastes as though it is American cheese mixed in with a mild tomato sauce. I've taken my family here. My husband just humors me. My... More

The atmosphere in here is nice.. I got the white pizza which was also good right across from the wall mart on main street with the red roof

I've always loved Arcaro's- Taylor Hill, not the "other" one. It's not the fanciest place but service is good, the food is fresh, & the price is right.

Your standard Old Forge style pizza where the cheese sticks to your teeth. This is a good thing. Great value compared to some other local pizza favorites.

I have been enjoying this place since I was a kid. We asked the waiter whet their specialties are, and much to my wife's surprise, the waiter told her pizza and tacos. Tacos??? Well, we both had a taco, and they were delicious. Very fresh topping and tasty shells. We had some white pizza, which we both really enjoyed. My... More

Usually I don't like driving 45 minutes to eat pizza, but this is worth it! A bustling bar/restaurant with busy wait staff gets you seated quickly. Try not to go on a Friday night. We all ordered different pizzas and then shared them-great idea. They have a good selection of beers or wine as well as mixed drinks.
