Drunken noodles and Thai Ice Tea from here is one of my favorite lunches in Scranton. Was happy to get here today. Service is great and when we indicated we'd be there a while, they were so patient. No rush to take an order or to chase us out. Great food to complement the service as always. I really need... More

This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Scranton! The staff is always very friendly, the food delicious, and the atmosphere is romantic. The prices are reasonable too. I always order a Thai iced tea and drunken noodles. The noodles are awesome. They have such a great, fresh flavor, and the iced tea provides a nice cooling effect to... More

Small restaurant, good serves. Food taste ok. I am a tum yum lover, but their tum yum not good, very sweet and taste different, stay a way from it.

When I'm craving Thai, this is always my restaurant of choice in Scranton. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. Been here over 10 times to sit-down, have ordered take out a lot and will continue to visit!

Food is good. If you eat in, the waitstaff and other help stares at you. Very uncomfortable in a small blue room. They close promptly at 9:00 so if you show after 8:30 be prepared for a stressful dinner.

Not what I was expecting with all the good reviews. I eat at Formosa in Clarks summit all the time. That trend will continue. I didn't like their pad thai at all very oily. The thai wings were mediocre. I did like the dumplings but they were a small part of the meal. I've been to Thailand and know thai... More

Thai Rak Thai restaurant was opened in 2006. It is located on Adams Avenue, downtown of Scranton. The restaurant is made up of two dining rooms which serve approximately 120 customers. The interior is decorated with some unique artworks from Thailand. As you dine in, the Asian style interior design, foods and Thai music will give you a warm and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for chatters, family gathering, and even business meals. We serve original and fusion Thai foods which include vegetarian, vegan, seafood, poultry and meat, choice of noodles and rice, which are seasoned with Thai spice and herbs.

For beverages, we offer drinks that are originally served in Thailand such as Thai tea, coffee, coconut juice, etc.

Besides, our restaurant is BYOB which allows customers to bring their own choice of alcohol beverages without extra charge for opening the bottle and chilling. We also reserve tables for customers who plan to have celebration on special occasions. Nonetheless, we have our special way of dedicating birthday songs which will definitely give you a surprise!

We would like to thank all customers who given us the chance to serve you. We will maintain the quality of food and provide our best service to all customers. We will not stop improving in order to deliver what is best for you. We hope that all of you will return to the restaurant in the future and give us the chance to serve you again.
