I recently moved to the area and went to Coopers with friends. We had so much fun with all the characters situated around the building (great phot ops :-) ). But the food was unbelievably good. We all had something different and everyone gave their...meals high ratings. Staff was fun and friendly. I would strongly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. I am going back without a doubt.More

Staff was all very friendly and attentive despite being short staffed. My husband ordered the crab cakes and I had the lobster roll. Both were tasty! My toddler had the chicken nuggets which he enjoyed the cute cardboard boat it came more. Drinks were a...little on the weaker side. If you are an Office fan this is a must see! Great selection of Office souvenirs.More

My partner is handicapped with a walker. The entrance for him was way too far away from the dining room. No handicap entrance near the dining room. Not a good way to start our lunch. We ordered. Lunch wasn't good at all. Scallops were tasty...but they were on top of a cream sauce pasta that was not tasty at all. The Caesar salad dressing tasted off, tarter sauce for my crab cake was too watery like pickle juice was the dominant factor, not good. I asked the waitress for a side of rice as my partner didn't like the pasta. She curtly said it's the only way they were making the Scallops that day. Really? Just bring the rice; just to have something with the Scallops. Needless to say we were still hungry and ordered dessert. Both the chocolate mousse and Apple Streudal tasted old. Streudel tasted mildewy; mousse tasted like nothing. Couldn't eat them. I'm sure we'd get sick if we did. Both looked old and tired like this place! To top it off, the lunch was very expensive for 4 Scallops, a side of rice, crabcake was okay except for tarter sauce, and two disgusting desserts. I used to like coming here while in Scranton. Never again! Just not good at all.More

There was plenty of seating for the lunch hour. We were seated at a 4 top. One of the 4 chairs had water pooled in it. The waitress was there quickly and was friendly. We ordered New England Clam Chowder. It had the texture of...paste and was basically Campbell's potato soup with extra potatoes thrown in for good measure. We ordered the soft pretzel with crabby cheese sauce, it was good. Then we ordered the coconut shrimp, the mako bites, the stuffed mushrooms and the twin lobster tails. The shrimp was tasty but deep fried. The mako was tough little fried blobs with no flavor whatsoever. The stuffed mushrooms were floating in cheese and were basically mush. The lobster tails were over cooked and tough. The shelf wine was ok but ridiculously overpriced and the beer was room temperature. This is how we celebrated our 32 anniversary. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. I don't mind paying $99 and change for lunch but this wasn't even close to being worth it.More

Even if you are not a fan of The Office, this is a worthwhile stop. It's a quirky, odd little place with history literally on its walls all through the restaurant. There's lots to see and experience (even in the bathrooms) and fans of The...Office will love the gift shop. Our visit included a very disappointing lack of a main menu item and a confusing beer menu that was different in print and on the app we were supposed to use. That said, it was a fun little stop (and quite slow). Worth a stop with lots of free parking.More

On a random Wednesday late afternoon my WONDERFUL husband asked me, honey would you like to go out for dinner? And this surprised me as we had just come back from the beach Cape May New Jersey 3 days prior so the last thing I...woukd have thought he wanted to do was to spend money, but I jumped at the chance to not cook! Back on the vacation mood train we all went, took a shot for a table and we away went to the ship 🚢 for dinner! It had been years and my last experience did not go so well so my expectations were low... and things have certainly changed!!!! Service was impeccable, bathrooms spotless, and tables were distanced apart that we felt completely comfortable. Fish tacos were AMAZING and substantial enough to do #splitzies, along with a fried kids shrimp, gator bites as an app, some king crab legs, a crab roll, and fish and chips! We were hungry! Best part was, DOGGY BAG! Each dish was as tasty and flavorful as the next. It may not be surf and sand but its the nearest catch of the day for us!More

The restaurant is nicely decorated and makes you look forward to a meal. When it comes to service it is lacking training of the staff. When I brought this issue to the attention of the review manager (RYAN) on their website, she told me Paul...handles that. I never heard from him even after reaching out to Ryan two more times. I called and left a voice mail to Paul to no avail. I let the Cooper Family know, on their review website, how much they lose on guest check average when the server does not ask if anyone wanted another Bloody Mary or another beer. The server knew it was a birthday. I know they don't give free birthday desert any more. That's not what this is about. It would have been nice if the server asked "how is your lunch ?" or "can I get anybody anything". It would have been great if the server refilled the iced tea glass just once. It would have been great if the server Tina would have cleared the empty dishes and at least tried to present the desert menu. Another opportunity sale missed. What we got was a check on the table among all the dishes. I did send Ryan pictures. The $90 lunch for three could have easily been $140 and happy guests walking out the front door.More
