This is a dinner style restaurant. I went with friends and we had a great time but the food & service wasn't awesome. I was excited to get the blueberry pancakes but they we're dry & not tasty. However my home fries we're great. My other friends food was just so so too. They waitress was ok. Never refilled out... More

O'Briens is a local go to spot that has great breakfasts and lunches. Always has Corned Beef boiled dinners on the menu year round. Good quality food and very reasonably priced. Good fried seafood; fried halibut is great with large portions. Fried scallops are fresh and delicious - a little heavy on the fried batter side. Sandwiches (pastrami, chicken salad)... More

Five of us went to O'Brien's while visiting Springfield in May. We were looking forward to a lovely "filling" breakfast before going on a day trip. While the staff was great and so very pleasant and accommodating the breakfast they served two of us was soooo salty we could barely eat it. I don't know what the cook was thinking... More

This has been a very long time favorite hang out for locals who enjoy the atmosphere of an Irish pub with a friendly, welcoming crowd. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but it's all about what's on the inside. In short, it was a fun place thanks to the O'Brien brothers. When they sold it, many wondered if... More

I have been going to this bar ever since I turned 21. Love the atmosphere and the old style decorations on the walls. Also was a perfect hang out spot/ bar for all of my fellow AMR ambulance coworkers- close enough to work so after our shift we could stop by and recount the events of the day and diffuse... More

We had heard the seafood was good here and wanted to try the whole-bellied fried clams. We arrived early (Approx. 5:30PM) and were told they had just sold their last order of clams. Im their defense it was the first Friday of lent. We decided to have the fish & chips, which was excellent. We will return again in hopes... More
