Hands down the best burnt ends I have ever had. Their entire menu is awesome, you really can't go wrong with anything. And some nights that have live music. Drinks are affordable too.

There is not a lot of good places to go in downtown Springfield. Lucky enough we still have Theodor's. Friendly staff, great BBQ, free popcorn, and plenty of beer.

Excellent jambalaya, Santa Fe chicken sandwich and burger with blue cheese. Good beers on tap and the margarita was decent.

A very nice place to get BBQ and I love the jambalaya. The cornbread is very good too! Very rustic atmosphere with lots of nostalgic signs and posters on the walls.

We were in town and looking for a place for BBQ, and found Theodore's on TripAdvisor so gave it a try. It was a Saturday night but we were seated quickly and presented with a basket of popcorn. The server explained the various beers on tap and we opted for a local one, which was great. We started the meal... More

My daughter and I were driving from Stowe back to NYC and stopped in for a quick dinner. Turned out to be perfect for what we needed and wanted. Not too crowded; fast, friendly service and great food. The only downside was there was no live music. But the place has a great laid back vibe.

We were recently visiting from VA and came across a review on Theodore's and decided to try it. It was fantastic. The burnt ends were exceptional! We also had the nachos, their signature cornbread and corn chowder, which were all great. Portions are generous and delicious. The restaurant is located in an old brownstone and is spacious yet cozy. Sit... More

A great BBQ bar atmosphere: a bit dark, music going, and a nice spread of beer and a good menu. We didn't go while there was live music, but it can apparently be loud, so watch out. Ribs and burgers were great. A dot off, though, because some of the sauce on the table was rancid. Ick!

Stopped I'm for lunch. Sat at the bar (nice bar btw) and ordered the brisket. Came out very quickly and was delicious. Good food, friendly bartender...will definitely be back.
