This was a surprise for my husband’s birthday. We were seated outside, during this Covid event, & every staff member wore masks. Their attentiveness was superb. I wanted to try the baby grasshoppers as an appetizer, but after that our waitress guided us to our...meal. We chose, then Chef Olea, came over to our table (& others), discussing the dishes. Since we like octopus, he recommended his version. I must say, it was the most tender we’ve ever eaten. Even before the appetizers, we were each brought a slate platter with 4 of his famous mole’ sauces to sample. That, in turn, helped us decide on our entrees. We tried his recommendation for a soup (pepper & crab with a whip cream topped with cinnamon & chocolate). To die for!! My husband got a shrimp dish & I got duck breast with chocolate mole’. The chef sent a chocolate creation in celebration of the birthday. Nice wine & specialty drinks. Yes, yes, yes, we WILL return one day! Perfect atmosphere & food for any special occasion.More
