Service was fast and accurate. I had the double, double fudge bar Frappuccino, and my husband had the regular Pike coffee.

The baristas here were cheerful and efficient, despite the long line of tourists like me demanding cooling drinks. We've gone here for years to get our "fix" when we can't drive out to some of the outlying espresso bars, and we're never disappointed. There are a few good seats for people watching as well.
You'll see all types in the Plaza Starbuck's -- and that's the fun of it. It's roomy enough to sit and rest for a while (and people-watch), service is efficient (as always). Not particularly clean, but good enough.
Beautiful carved doors with heavy brass handles and great location right on The Plaza. As previously noted by another traveler, locals come in and talk - nice atmosphere. Since the architecture feels Santa Fe-ish, the coffee could use some "glocal" flair, for example, red chile mocha or Mexican coffee.
A larger than usual area for sitting, this Starbucks is better than the average one. Although people tend to hang out forever rather than grab a drink and go. It is a relaxing, comfortable room with better than average decor, and there is a reason why people linger.

And waited... Soo.. Still waited.. Eventually I gave up and sat down by my family, and watched, while my wife had her coffee that she... More
This was really good for those snacks and quick meals as well as pretty good coffee. The service was very good and asking for 'Australian' coffee didn't create any problems.
While this location offers the same "Starbucks Quality" you'd get at most other Starbuck's, which isn't really a bad thing, it just doesn't compare to some of the local coffee shops, including some which are near the plaza as well. The decor is kind of cool though, but when I was there a couple of times there was the same... More
As any Starbucks, the one off the plaza in Santa Fe is on par. Blending in with the local flair, it is wide open and can accommodate high traffic off this major tourist stop. At 6:30 in the morning though, it makes for a quiet and warm escape from the January morning outside. Staff is welcoming and accommodating, and seating... More
Being a chain, I find various Starbucks restaurants similar and relatively consistent. They serve quality coffee, coffee drinks, and teas, as well as pastry items and snacks. The servers are friendly and the restaurant is located about two blocks from the Plaza making it convenient for a snack or beverage. They offer free wi-fi and indoor seating.
