We heard word "on the street" that we should try Raaga, even for our group of 15 after a long day's drive. "No problem" they said, and after a 10 minute stroll from the center of town we were welcomed to our table. The waiter was helpful for the 6 adults and 9 teens, and helped us all pick the... More

$20 salmon entree served with warmed up frozen vegetables... extraordinarily long time to be served ... Santa Fe has much better options. Give this one a miss.

My wife is a huge fan of Indian cuisine. Recently, during a trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico, we decided on dinner at Paddy Rawal’s Raaga, on our arrival date. Rawal’s Ragga is, apparently, quite popular with the locals (always a good sign). Though we did not make reservations, we were seated within 10 minutes. Our server, J.D., was quite... More

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Santa Fe for its creative approach to Indian cooking and always reliably delicious eating experience. It is both comfort food and surprising with its original flavors and varied menu. We also think the the wait staff is very knowledgeable and courteous, and the owner, who always come to visit our tableside, is... More

This was the best meal I've had in a very long while – especially in the American Southwest, where good vegetarian options are few and far between. The meat dishes are probably excellent too, but I can't speak to those. I had an absolutely exquisite dhal, a delicious paneer dish and a tasty dumpling dish. Each bite encompassed complex, beautifully... More

I have been to India many times. I am fussy about the spices I like. This is the best. Small and intimate and good service

Rawal is a great host at his restaurant. Excellent Indian food at reasonable prices. The only draw back is the seating. Very close tables and chairs not comfy. Still worth a stop.

We went to Rawal's Raaga after being told by the lady at the tourist information bureau that it was the best in town......she was slightly mistaken....it is the best I have ever eaten. ANYWHERE!!!! I have eaten Indian cuisine the world over and this is absolutely the winner. ....hands down.

Wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. Chef Paddy was welcoming and an absolute delight. The food was delicious and service was spot on. This will be a must destination every time we are in Santa Fe. Thank you!
