Talk about yummy food paired with great wine! This place was great! It is small and gives off a little bit of a crowded feel, but that actually ended up giving it more character! We had the flat iron steak and it melted in your mouth! It paired wonderfully with the Tempranillo wine suggested by our waiter!

For lunch, we elected the prix fixe menu with main dishes of morcilla & leaks, and paella. The paella was served in a small paella pan and was stuffed with lots of shrimp, chicken and mussels. Delicious and picante. The morcilla was small since we are used to giant versions of the flavorful blood sausage. A fruity gazpacho was great... More

We went there with friends who had been there before. It was perfect for catching up and having a nice casual meal. We had reservations which I would suggest, as the place was almost full on a Thursday night. The wine steward discussed the wine list with my friend and between them made an excellent suggestion. We had a second... More

With the reviews I read, I assumed the food would be fabulous. It was creative and Good but frankly I was disappointed. We had about four tapas and split some paella. It was mostly a 'near miss'. I'm fairly hard to please when a restaurant is expensive, I must admit. The bar is much higher along with the price, so... More

We spent a week in Santa Fe during Folk Art Market and enjoyed eating out each night. La Boca was one of our favorite restaurants. The food was freashly prepared with excellent ingredients, colorful, and perfectly seasoned. The "Trio" of three different purees (carrot, eggplant and garbanzo) was wondeful and could make a generous meal in itself. Because I have... More

Really liked this restaurant! Its very small and you are almost elbow to elbow with fellow diners but the plates were excellent. Its tapas sharing with fairly authentic dishes in a lively atmosphere A little disappointed with the paella though, would have liked that to be more authentic with a crispy bottom We were not disapointed in our restaurant choice... We have eaten at La Boca multiple times and have a house in Santa Fe where we live part of the year. We booked at table at 6:00 because we had an event at 8:00. There was a prolonged delay between our first and second tapas orders. In the meantime, one of La Boca's staff tried multiple times to remove... More

A fine choice for romantic small plates, well prepared tapas dinner, deserts. We were delighted with this choice. The food presented as hoped, small delightful portions. A lovely authentic, true Santa Fe dinning experience.

Really enjoyed the tapas and the acoustic guitarist/singer. 8 reservation and the place was busy and a good small city vibe. Glad we went. We are a family of three with teenage daughter and did not feel out of place at all.

I love Spain. Since it has been a while since I have been there, I often crave Spanish food and music. Given how important this food is to me, I tend to judge it most critically. That said, I also let things go given my emotional response to the beats of flamenco music and cadence of the Spanish dining experience.... More
