What a way to spend a slow, leisurely evening! I enjoyed trying the "interesting" things off their extensive menu (really enjoyed the grilled octopus). The Spanish wines that were selected for me were really good too. My wife, who is not as adventurous as I am, found plenty of things to try as well. We were treated ver well. It... More

I went here for lunch, gambas al ajillo tasted like soft, mooshy canned or frozen wet shrimp, small, flavorless, not one speck of garlic on the plate, and no garlic flavor. Bread tasted like grocery store buns. Very little care given to service and no attention to presentation. I ordered the artichoke appetizer (sent the shrimp back, it was so... More

It's not your typical Santa Fe Spanish / Mexican restaurant.. much more a menu from Spain .. Tapa's and hors d'oeuvres & small plates .. but it's delicious. Lunch can also be very good they usually have a special with three items .. starter , main & desert .. it's cozy but it's charming & the foods delicious. We always... More

We had very good cheese, olives and carnitas, as well as paella. My favorite were the artichokes with goat cheese! Service is friendly, food is perfect.

We [tripadvisor users] really need to promote La Boca :) I have been there for a New years Eve in 2013-2014, and just was there for a New Years Eve in 2016-2017. Same impression both times. The food is sooo good. In fact better than most places in Spain itself. Also good live music and very professional service. Reserve early,... More

This restaurant in small in size but has BIG taste! My hubby and I called last minute to make a reservation on New Year's Eve night and they fit us in! Although we were a tiny bit over whelmed with four different menus (one for Holiday dinning specials, one for Tapas specials before 6:00, one for wine and one for... More

Great quaint restaurant! My favorite food in town! Great location! Many options to choose from! The veggies are amazing and what was the most important they made fresh paella without pork for me!

Description
With the feel of a lively European wine bar, La Boca also features an extensive selection of carefully chosen Mediterranean and South American wines. Knowledgeable and animated staff graciously guide customers to the perfect wine to complement their meals. La Boca also prides itself on being an ambassador of Spanish sherry culture, transporting its guests to Cadiz in the crisp cool flavors of Fino, or the deep fig-essence of a Pedro Ximenez. Full to capacity almost every night since its opening, La Boca has been a hit with both locals and the world travelers that visit Santa Fe. La Boca has earned numerous awards both local and national, including the Santa Fe Reporter's "Restaurant of the Year," and the International Wine and Food Society's "Award of Excellence."
