This was by far the best meal we had in Santa Fe. The chef/owner was a Buddhist Monk for 27 years, and that's where he learned to cook. He must be applying his same spiritual fervor to the flavors of his food. For example, I ordered the 'creamy chicken' served on wide rice noodles and lettuce. The sauce was rich... More

We've eaten here twice. I can't stop thinking about how good the vegan Thai food is. Everyone is friendly, the decor is soothing and the food is consistently tasty, well spiced and delicious.

Enjoy fabulous well priced meals at this local vegan restaurant. Thai Vegan prepares several dishes, using fresh spices and tofu that actually tastes fabulous. You'll never know the chicken or fish is made of soy.

As a very long time vegan I fully appreciate the approach and attitude of this restaurant and the truly outstandingly delicious food and it's certainly worth the wait but, based on the night we were here, we recommend that you do not dine here without allowing for some frustration and delay (every table had to finally get up to ask... When you leave Thai Vegan you will have a happy tummy. The food is fresh and service is prompt and friendly. Even if you are an omnivore, the tastes are varied and the food is flavorful.

I miss Campi, the previous owner. The new restaurant, offering faux burgers and fries and ranch dressing on the salad. Why bother calling yourself Thai at all? What a disappointment. Long gone is the peanut salad dressing, complimentary tom yum soup, and the awesome spicy yellow curry stir fry. This Thai Vegan is the worst watered down excuse for Thai.... More

My friend and I found this place unexpectedly while fumbling blindly through the city. He had said that he wanted Asian food, while I just wanted something gluten free with veggies. As we were driving down the street, we saw "Gluten Free, Vegan, Thai" on the front of the restaurant, and made a quick u-turn, laughing about how the place... More

I'm not a vegetarian, but you won't miss the meat -- great flavors and reasonable prices. In general, Santa Fe isn't strong on Asian food but Thai Vegan is a great choice.

We had a very nice dinner here this evening. Nothing fancy but tasty. Fresh and good. We would return here agin. No wine or beer however and they will not allow you to BYOB either.

As vegetarians we are always searching for places to eat that can accommodate our culinary preference. Their hot Thai soup is outstanding. As I do not speak Thai, the names of their dishes escape my memory. Green curry, rice, rice noodles, green vegetables are all delectable. Outstanding place. quick, friendly, attentive service. A must in Santa Fe for Vegetarians, Vegans... More
