Years worth of outstanding service by all who have and do work there now especially Judy (RIP) and Raul. Nice tequila selection and delicious food from the amazing kitchen of La Posada. A beautiful and historic property location just a few block from Santa Fe plaza. My favorite hangout when in town.

Small, old historic bar located in La Posada Resort. Room dates back to the 19th century. Intimate with personable bartenders.

The patio is lovely at Staab House to sit outside and have a cocktail and some food. The staff are great and always ready to please. Spent most evenings there.

The Staab House, which includes the bar and some of the hotels rooms is historic and a nice place to wander. Look at some local art, buy it if you want. Curious to see how the upper class might have lived 150 years ago in Santa Fe.

My husband and I were down in Albuquerque with friends and when ready to leave one friend happened to see an article in one of Santa Fe's brochures about The Staab House. We decided we would all stop as it was the last name of a mutual friend. It was a Sunday morning, and we walked in just as the... More

There is so much that's wonderful about this resort and restaurant that it's hard to know where to start. The facility is stunning. The artwork is amazing, The atmosphere is relaxed but elegant with fireplaces in every room. The patio has a large fireplace, kiva, and heaters to accommodate even in cold weather. The food is spectacular. Unique, fun, and... More

Super cozy and fun atmosphere with eclectic art (that they probably rotate) on the walls. We sat by the fire every day to unwind with a drink either before or after dinner. Good wines by the glass and a good selection of beers. My friend had a cocktail and loved it. I can't comment there since I don't do spirits,... More

I have in the past reviewed the on goings of the food service. The management hired a chef that thought the palettes of citizens Santa Fe should not include anything having to do with Northern New Mexican food. We endured his style all summer. He was shown the door a few weeks ago. Since, the food has improved greatly. The... More

We did not have a meal at the Staab House, but the afternoon growlies hit us when we were there. So we sat down at the bar and enjoyed excellent margaritas and we shared a plate of fried calamari. Yummy and well presented. The atmosphere was bustling and cheerful. Service was slow, but we did not mind.
