A wonderful place to eat or purchase bakery products. You can watch the bakers while you eat. I have never had a bad meal there. Linen tablecloths and napkins very nice touch.

This place is cute it is more of a restaurant than a bakery. We were looking for cookies for the kids. We made do and got chocolate chip cookies and cupcakes. They were pasties for adults and didn't have anything cute for the kids

I can't say enough about how yummy this place is. Small in house dining area (usually packed, so this is a warning). The empanadas (cherry and apple) were killer good, as was some amazing poppyseed croissant (Not sure it would be considered a croissant, but I'm never sharing one again... all for me). Chocolate latte cookies, yum. The breakfast was... More

I visit this place every 2-3 months because it is convenient for a social breakfast. The service has always been IFFY but after today, will finally have to re-assess. The service level affects your overall feeling for the rest and its obvious that bad morale, poor training or SOMETHING is going on here. There are plenty of other choices in... More

Stopped here for lunch on my way out of town. Great little hidden gem. We got a table by the window of the bakery and was to watch them make pastries. I had a Portabello sandwhich- excellent. On the way out, I stopped and bought an almond croissant. This melted in mouth. It was so good.

Hubby's son took us to Chocolate Mavis for his dad's birthday. Very quaint, located in the back of a warehouse. 😄. We were there on a Friday morning and was somewhat of a wait for tables but once we were seated, service and food were excellent.

Delicious and unique pastries. They have lots of variety. You can also watch them make them while you eat. Great for take out or eating in.

After reading various reviews decided we had to come here and try out a different "non New Mex" breakfast. Don't get me wrong, they serve up all the regular New Mex cuisine here too -- but they also have pancakes, waffles, omelets, etc. You sit in a small dining room overlooking the bakery kitchen (kind of cool) or outside on... Chocolate Maven has always made the best muffins in Santa Fe. They are sold in most coffee shops in town. Visiting their location is nice, but they never seem to have a good selection of flavors in their own shop - they send them all out to others.

This is another favorite restaurant in Santa Fe. We just took friends from India there. They didn't believe me when I described the place. You can sit and eat while watching the bakers creating treats. I highly recommend anything chocolate, if you are a chocoholic like I am😍
