Stopped in for breakfast while visiting SF and was NOT disappointed! My wife had the peach french toast and I had the green eggs and turkey. Both dishes were terrific and filling. Service was attentive and friendly. Such a treat to watch and interact with...the pastry chefs in the back while they worked mountains of dough into delicious treats! Highly recommend if you visit!More

Awesome place for breakfast, and/or brunch.Although it is in a weird place, once you get there is super cute, clean and you feel you are in a Paris with good coffee and excellent bakery. Service was awesome too. a must when visiting Santa Fe.

Hidden away in a remote area. But oh so good. Fresh baking in the front and a small eating area for very good food. Not a hamburger joint, but good wholesome food. Look for it and visit

Chocolate Maven has delicious food. Don't be discouraged by its simple, industrial looking building in an unimpressive location. Inside, Chocolate Maven is first class: delicious food attentive wait staff, and a bakery that will make you throw away your calorie counters. You can sit in...one dining area and watch the expert bakers through plate glass windows into the kitchen. That makes the experience even richer in my opinion. Only possible improvement would better handling of the crowds who during peak hours. So try to go at a less than peak time. But do goMore

If I could, I'd rate it a 3.5; it's good, but really doesn't compare with the French bakery at the La Fonda down by the plaza. And if you don't get there fairly early, there isn't much of a selection. We haven't eaten in the...cafe, but have only picked up items from the bakery.More

This is a bakery and a restaurant. They have indoor and outdoor seating, though they don't always service the outdoor area (but you can take your food outside during this time and eat). We picked up a chocolate croissant that was yummy (and hug)! Wish...we would have had time to eat there another time.More

Ate here with my Aunt who is 92. This is her favorite place. She comes here all the time. She even sends baked goods to me out of state! Our entire table was very pleased with the service and most especially by the food. Can't...beat fresh made baked goods and high quality entrees. This place never disappoints!More

Well this will be our last visit to Chocolate Maven. Stopped in for a tasty dessert and something cold to drink and never got waited on! The service has always been terrible but I’ve ignored that in order to enjoy the brunch or pastries. Not...anymore. The place was virtually empty... they were waiting for a large party but no one was there and still NO SERVICE. Oh well, we headed to Clafoutis instead and had a delicious white chocolate mousse immediately after we sat down. Go there instead.. but go early they sell out of their delicious pastries early!!More

This great cafe has a working bakery that you can watch through the glass wall! And you can purchase freshly baked goods to go, too! We had breakfast here, and everyone's dish was delicious! The French Toast made with challah bread is amazing.

I recently dined there and there is! You simply go to the wifi setting on your phone and search, their signal pops up and connects you right away. Very easy!
