While it is a ways out of town it is well worth the drive. The table side guacamole is great and they make real good margaritas to go with. We have always enjoyed dining here as the food is always very good.

If you are looking for an authentic New Mexican food restaurant, this is the place to go!! The patio is usually a very pleasant place to dine in the spring, summer and fall seasons. You will want to get reservations though if you are going on a weekend because they get really busy. Table side guacamole is a fun a... More

I stopped by recently with a friend for lunch on a good recommendation. Even though in N Santa Fe, the menu seems to be completely Tex-Mex style food. The entrees we tried were rather bland and generic. The salsa and chips seemed to me to be close to what you might find in a grocery store. We had lunch on... More

Highly recommend this place. Food was fantastic and they were so accommodating! We had a group of 20 people for a birthday party and they brought us extra plates for cake and a cake knife. We were one of three large groups that night and everything came quickly. Drinks never ran out and food came within 20mins of all of... More

Service, seems to have slowed down, especially when you request something a bit different. However, that being said... My usual plate of chicken enchiladas, beans and rice was very good. The hang up was my order for a side of sour cream. I was half finished by the time my 3rd request arrived

We can understand Gabriel's intent to provide Mexican food that people not use to spice can handle. However, their red chili is tasteless and blah. Dishes such as enchiladas have way too much cheese. The tamales we're mostly corn and served without red chili. Gabriel's 'signature' dishes are their guacamole and their fajitas. If you have the time to wait... More

This my sixth or seventh visit to this restaurant. Its been a planned stop of ours every time we've come to Santa Fe for years. I've event celebrated my birthday here. My wife booked us a table on Open table months before our visit. The service was slow, the food was so, so.
