We really enjoyed our dining experience here. We stopped in to eat after a long day shopping, and the waitress helped us make our selections. Excellent!

Menu is not huge, but enough options to satisfy most I think. Had a great salad for lunch with some of the best grilled salmon I've ever had, a chili relleno that was baked, not fried, and excellent, and the elk tenderloins were amazing. Generally good, friendly service. Live music one night, great guitar, but not intrusive. Quiet restaurant and... More

We weren't expecting a lot, but were tired after driving all day so we ate at the hotel restaurant. We were happily surprised! The food was excellent! They had the best lamb ever and the vegetarian entree, salad and dessert were great. Locals were dining nearby. That always says something when locals want to eat at a hotel restaurant. Amaya... Wonderful Staff and the Lamb Chops with couscous in avocado leaves was to die for. Lamb perfectly cooked and the glaze was sublime. The Staff were extremely attentive and knew the food the Chef prepares, I highly recommend this establishment! The Cactus and heirloom tomatoe salad was perfect start to dinner!

We stayed at the Hotel Santa Fe and ate two breakfasts at Amaya. The service was very good; the food was quickly served and ample. I'd like to have an opportunity to have dinner there. Beautiful ambiance--rippling water over a huge rock formation and a teepee to dine in if you so desire.

I do not think we were rambunctious and no, I am never really drunk. However, getting denied service was a little out of place for a group of people ranging from 35 - 70 years of age. Having said that, the beer selection is small and the drinks are pretty average. The selection of single malts focuses on the less... More

This was one of many visits to this restaurant over several years. It was superb. At dinner my wife had the elk. It was cooked perfectly with mashed potatoes with pinions and creamed fresh corn served on a corn husk. I had the duck also cooked perfectly to my request. It had a chile sauce and rice pilaf with grilled... More

We actually stayed at the hotel this restaurant is in during our visit. We ate breakfast every day and dinner a couple of nights. Breakfast was good, but we stayed with typical breakfast fare so while tasty, it was unremarkable. Dinner was quite interesting and in particular we had an appetizer that had cactus in it which we had never... More

I have eaten at this restaurant at the Hotel Santa Fe, the only hotel in Santa Fe owned by an Indian Pueblo (Pictures, I believe) and have never been disappointed. The hotel is filled with museum quality Native American art inside and out. The setting is beautiful inside, though we love to eat on the patio when the weather is... More

Out of all the restaurants we tried in Santa Fe, the Amaya was our favorite. My daughter and I spent 4 days there, the Amaya was in the hotel we were staying and on our first night in Santa Fe, our first meal there was our best. The food was excellent. The ambiance was relaxing and we ended our meal... More
