Most delighted with Amaya's self-serve Christmas Day brunch. Lots of choice - all good - from soups, salads, appetizers, entrees, and deserts. Despite many people present, service was quick and most pleasant; dishes promptly refilled. The prime rib was outstanding. More traditional New Mexican dishes were not emphasized. Discount for seniors. Will go again. Highly recommended.

Truly enjoyed our wonderful meal and drinks at one of our favorite Santa Fe restaurants. The restaurant was very busy so we sat at the bar and watched bartender Greg working super hard to fill his drink orders. How he handled the never ending rush and still give great service and personal attention was impressive. The holiday menu was great.... More

We found the Thanksgiving Dinner at Amaya to be one of the best in recent memory. A huge range of choices all well prepared and served. Salmon, Duck, Prime Rib, Ham and of course, turkey, all exquisite. Excellent vegetable dishes, choices of stuffing and other sides. Wonderful desserts, especially a kahlua pecan pie and mousse and crem brulee. All this... More

Amaya is a great place to have dinner. We had the salmon and the duck. It was very tasty. Sheena our waitress was very good, friendly and efficient. That night they had a art event in the restaurant with a local artist. Very unique and entertaining. One of the native artists played drums... so cool! We will be back.

I wasn't sure when we walked into the restaurant that this dinner was going to be anything more than average. I'm from New Orleans and my husband is from San Francisco and we've been called food snobs at least once. But the intimate setting was a side note to the entrees which quite literally were some of the most inventive... More

Visited Amaya's to listen to the evening entertainment. I usually don't get upset by the prices of liquor but $15 per glass of Chardonnay was a little excessive in my opinion. In fairness, I did not request the prices before ordering....my mistake.....buyer beware!

We go out to breakfast most Saturday mornings and tried Amaya this past weekend for the second time. While the food, prices and setting remain very satisfactory, unfortunately there was a large group having a class reunion at the hotel. As a result, because the restaurant surfaces (tile floor etceteras) are all very hard and the sliding doors to the... More

My husband and I had a pricey and excellent quality lunch at Amaya Restaurant. We sat with a view to the garden. We ordered butternut squash soup, a turkey club, and the stuffed chili peppers. The food was exceptional. We were enjoying the food and good service when about half way through our meal a fellow diner at a table... More

Indeed! Our mistake and we certainly should have approached the other guest concerning his obnoxious behavior. Thank you so much for bringing this matter to my attention. If you are still in the neighborhood, please call the Hotel and ask for Paul! We owe you a delicious, calm and quiet lunch. My sincere apologies. More

My wife, her sister and I spent a week at the Hotel Santa Fe and had 2 dinners there. The dining room was open to a lovely lawn on one side and was comfortable and informal. The dress was casual and several families with small children dined while we were there. The service was relaxed, friendly and low pressure. The... More

Last night 3 of us had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. To say the service was slow is an understatement! Upon arrival there were just 3 other tables with diners. It took our friend getting up to ask for menus. The drink order was not taken until the waitress cane back to take our meal order. There were several... More
