Quaint setting nestled away off the main road where galleries are located. We sat outside as weather was nice and had salads and wine. Service was great, food was delicious and wine was very good too.

Great food and atmosphere but the service was a bit erratic- or should I say our server was missing in action most of our meal. The duck was fantastic and my husband devoured the pork without a lot of conversation. Another server filled the gap...More

We came for lunch and it's definitely a notch up from downtown options with white table cloth and refined service. Our waiter, Sean, was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He made the meal a real pleasure beyond the food with his friendly banter. The atmosphere is...More

Four of us ladies made reservations to eat and we're not disappointed. The restaurant was white with white tablecloths and pastel tulips in the windows. The service was excellent. The menu was varied enough that it would accommodate heavy eaters or light with a variety...More

Smart casual would be fine. Remember if you dine outside to bring something warm.

Can you accommodate a group of 18-19 for a private dinner? We are looking for a place to have a "special night" on June 13. Thanks

I cannot recall if they had any private rooms. I think if you contact them they may be able to set you up in some way.

Description
Mark Kiffin, celebrated chef, owner, and author of the Compound Restaurant, has won the James Beard Foundation award as one of America's Best Chefs. The Compound is Santa Fe's premier restaurant with Chef Kiffin's acclaimed seasonal Contemporary American cuisine derived from Santa Fe's rich heritage of regional and Mediterranean influences. The New York Times, Gourmet magazine, The Wall Street Journal and Wine Spectator have all selected the Compound as Santa Fe's favorite. Equally impressive is the attentive, highly knowledgeable and friendly staff. Chef Kiffin's menus focus on the exclusive changes in seasons such as hearty braised dishes in the fall and winter using apples, pears and cider from local harvests, osso bucco and porcini risotto while in spring and summer feature fresh local vegetables and naturally raised organic lamb and delectable strawberries.
