We are always looking for good happy hour and found this place online. Appetizers, sliders BOGO. Discounted beer, margaritas. We tried 1 each of the sliders. They make them on Hawaiian bread rolls. The little lamb burgers with chimichuri sauce were outstanding! Our favorite! My husband asked if they make those into full sized burgers, but sadly no. The pulled... More

Sometimes the Cowgirl gets too full of tourists. Sometimes it gets too crowded. And sometimes it's way too much fun to sit at the bar and people watch or dance when a band sets up. Good service, good food even for vegetarians, and a great patio when it's warm.

We found this place online and walked in without a reservation. After a short wait we were able to be seated and we were not to be disappointed. My fiancé ordered the brisket which was superb and I went for 'The Motha' The house special green chilli cheese burger which was sublime. The best green chilli cheeseburger I had on... More

My family of 5 ate dinner here one night last summer. We all really enjoyed our dinner. I had the catfish platter and it was to die for! The fish was cooked perfectly, and the jalapeno tarter sauce was delicious. My husband enjoyed his BBQ chicken, and my teen inhaled his burger, saying it was great. My 2 little ones... More

We ate dinner twice here during a one-week visit to Santa Fe. Jess F was our server both nights and she couldn't have been sweeter -- answering our questions about the menu, talking to us about Santa Fe. The decor stayed on the right side of almost-too-tacky-and-cliche, having many historic photos of cowgirls, young and old, some performers, some obviously... More

On a girls weekend in SF, this spot became our favorite hangout after a hike or just to pop in and have a beer & play a round or two of pool. Very laid back, live music on the sunny patio and decent margaritas kept us coming back for more!

Our group of 8 friends ate at Cowgirl BBQ one evening in January during our trip to Santa Fe. Several of us ordered - and thoroughly enjoyed - the BBQ sampler plate. I don't think anyone finished all the food on their plate because the portions are huge. We ordered the "baked potato" for dessert and shared it. This dessert... More

Cowgirl BBQ showed up on several restaurant searches I made before my Santa Fe Christmas vacation. My son and I walked here from our hotel near the Plaza for lunch. We split the Green Chili "Mother" Cheeseburger, because it was advertised as the winner of Green Chile Cheeseburger Smackdown and the Five Pepper Nachos nachos, which have been featured on... More

We stopped in after a day of skiing. Loved being able to have dinner while kids played on playground in center. Choices for both health conscience and not. Kids had hamburgers and nachos, I had butternut squash casserole.
