Dinner for Two is a misnomer, and frankly I think they ought to change the name since it had a lot of tables for 4 in the main dining area and could accommodate a larger group of people. The building is located so close to the street that you would think it would have a lt of traffic noise, but... More

Ordered a bottle of wine. The waiter disappeared without bringing it. The busboy brought the 1st course. Still no wine. We ate the 1st course. The waiter finally appeared and we asked about the wine. The waiter came back and announced the restaurant was out of it. We ordered glasses rather than a bottle as we already were halfway through... More

This was our first visit to Dinner for Two. We will be back! Service was perfect, And the food delicious. Table prepared Caesar Salad by Marly was perfect, a very large portion for each of us, as was the Bananas Foster by the "Foster child" Leave room for this amazing dessert. I ordered two appetizers for my dinner. The crab... More

This is no chain; a local family runs this place, cooks the food, and does their own baking. Entrees are beautifully done and cooked to perfection. But you need to save room for the dessert offerings. The pies, cakes, etc. will capitivate you. Don't pass them up -- they are great.

Attentive, personable service. The Caesar salad was made table side and was nearly perfect. The prime rib was spectacular. The veal picata was a little on the tough side, but was tasty. Great wine selection.

For $25 you get a 3 course dinner on Sundays. Took my wife for her birthday and experienced a great ambiance, good food and a wonderful value.

It is so nice to find a restaurant that takes pride in ensuring their customers enjoy their evening...and that describes "Dinner for Two". With the exception of group at the back of the restaurant, the evening was a pleasant experience where talking with your companion was a simple pleasure...matched with a meal rarely found in Santa Fe. The salmon was... More

This was my third time eating here and once again, the food and service were amazing! Love this small, quaint and high quality restaurant. The Sunday dinner menu is an awesome value. Three courses with many choices. The service was superb. Beautiful ambiance and delicious food. I highly recommend Dinner for Two even if you eat there alone as I... More

It doesn't look like much on the outside, but the food and service were good. They were able to handle a nearly full house with pretty good service. And they had a Sunday night deal on the wine.

We really enjoyed our meals and wine at Dinner for Two. The restaurant is very nice with tableclothes and ambiance. On Sundays they offer several three course meals for just $19.99 and select bottles of wine for $25. We really enjoyed the veal and seafood specials.
