Del Charro Saloon is the “Watering Hole of Santa Fe” where visitors and locals mingle at Inn of the Governors from 11:30 am to midnight daily. We offer light bar foods and desserts for under $6 per item and a full bar menu. We invite you to sample our signature House Margarita and one of the “Best Burgers in Town” in the rustic saloon or on the outside fireside patio.
We had a great time drinking margaritas from little shakers and warming by the fire. We weren't interested in watching sports, but there were lots of TV's for watching them. The service was the only disappointment.
This place is attached to the Inn of the Governors where we stayed, so arriving later in the afternoon we decided to give it a try rather than trying to find something else in town. We were very pleased by the level of service, the...More
Was HH spot to find a comfortable saloon to watch Monday Night Football. I wish they had opted for the sound of the game instead of playing music. But the patrons were clearly there for the game. The woman serving my table could not have...More
Terrific spot for snuggling in at the end of a long day. The manager (I wish I'd gotten her name!) was SOOOO nice (thanks for the port and beer recommendations!) and we ended here every night of our stay.
We had drinks here a couple of times and dinner twice. It is a friendly place with good service. The beer is cold and the prices are reasonable. The food is OK--It will do, but is nothing special. I would suggest sticking to the burgers...More

A simple restaurant with a limited menu.
The hamburgers were ok.
Mexican dishes were not very tasty and were too greasy for my taste. Lackadaisical service. Forgot to give us utensils and I had to get them myself.
We stopped in for the first time after a Sat Lensic performance for a late lunch. So many places nearby close lunch at 2:30 or 3 until 5 pm dinner.
My house margarita was ok - they use a sweet/sour mix that is ok but...More
