We are local and go here often. They have a great green chile cheese burger and the tartar sauce for their fish and chips is unique and delicious. Their other menu choices are good as well. Good place to go for locals and tourists alike.

Del Charro bills itself as "Santa Fe's watering hole" and it fits. Old guys in scraggly hair and beards with trucker caps converse with young suburbanite couples. Hipsters drink craft brews and a group of young women share margaritas. A lone man wearing a cowboy hat nurses a whiskey by the fireplace. House margaritas are 7 bucks. They arrive in... More

We had dinner at Del Charro Saloon and loved everything about the place. It is extremely cheap specially for Santa Fe. The Native American burger with fries and without trimmings starts at 8$. Add 2$ for guacamole or 75 cents for cheese... The cocktails are good and sipping them in front of the giant fire place really adds to the... More

This bar/restaurant is always busy and that is a good sign. We had their nachos for lunch and needed a doggy bag. For dinner we had a stuffed poblano pepper and it was absolutely delicious. Wish we had that place here in Phoenix.

We have friends who love Del Charro and so met them there this evening. We ate in the large dining room off of the bar area. Ambiance = good. Noise level = good. Service = very good. Food = decent quality, decent portion sizes, fair prices. Drinks = ok selection, good prices. Overall, as we are looking for a new... More

This is a great spot in downtown Santa Fe for lunch. They have a covered patio area that gives a unique feeling of being outside but not exposed to the elements. My wife and I each had a burger and they were great, they were full of flavor. I had the beer battered fries as well and they were the... More

I've been here many times, generally preferring the courtyard. It has a fireplace for cold evenings and is coolly shaded for warmer weather. I generally get the house margarita, 100% agave tequila in a balanced blend of citrus juice and triple sec. Good value and tasty. The beer and wine selections are also good. The food used to be less... More

Their green chile cheeseburger should be from legends are made of! The bar and waitstaff are super pros who know how to handle a good crowd and it was crowded every evening!

We had asked the bartender at our hotel where he would hang out after work. It was here. We asked someone else if there was a good dive bar in town. They suggested here (although qualifying it that it wasn't really a dive bar since they have good food). At one corner of the Inn of the Governors, it is... More

Good food. Service could be a bit better, but wasn't bad by any means. Was nice to have a restaurant on the same grounds.
