After eating five straight meals of Southwestern food, sushi seemed like a good bet for getting back into more international cuisine. Shohko Cafe was just the trick. Fresh fish from Japan, Alaska and California uni abounded, complemented with excellent sake.

The sushi was very good and the staff friendly. The green chile tempura was really a highlight for something tasty and inventive yet fit perfectly well into the meal.
