Very well prepared food in very culturally sensitive surroundings. Some portions quite large, so ask your server before diving in.

We went for lunch and only had tortilla soup, but it was delicious. The service was good and the atmosphere us lovely.

The Anasazi Restaurant in season offers three dining options: the more formal dining room (although we saw many a casually dressed diner there), the more casual terrace outside or the bar area. When we discovered that the bar menu was far less pricey than the dining room, we opted to eat there and be comfortable in the soft lounge chairs.... More

We thought this would be a place to go, but it turned out to not be any better than any one of the other sort of fast food and non gourmet restaurants that are listed here. NOT GOOD, WRONG LIST!!!

We were staying at the hotel with a free breakfast package, so we had the change to test the food on four mornings. It never disappointed. They offer great specialty items, such as lobster omlettes, and the more traditional fare such as eggs, toast, and bacon. Their french toast is almost a specialty, as is their own brand of hash... We had a light dinner on the patio and were very pleased. The Ahi Tuna Tacos were delicious, as were the Anasazi Tortilla Soup and the Mini Crab cakes. An excellent choice if you are looking for lighter fare.

Prior to actually going there for dinner we were walking around Santa Fe and decided to stop by the restaurant to see the menu. The Executive Chef who was extremely busy planning and preparing meals for the Chili and Wine Festival found the time to come out and talk to my wife about her special low salt needs. It sort... I told my travel friend that I loved to have eggs Benedict for breakfast on the front patio at the Anasazi. He said he liked eggs Benedict too. So since Indian Market was going on, I made a reservation through Open Table. But it turned out to be just us and 1 family there. And it also turned out that... More

Friends had been here 2 years ago and recommended this. The food was great, atmosphere excellent and staff friendly and attentive. As part of the Rosewood hotels group you can see their attention to style and detail. It's very close to the central town plaza park. So easy to get to and they have valet parking if needed.

Inspired by Santa Fe's rich cultural and culinary history, Executive Chef Edgar Beas' menus fuse old world techniques with modern, innovative recipes and artful plating. The dishes fully embrace the Inn's Southwestern and native heritage and are consistently changing and adapting to reflect the freshest, most seasonal ingredients found in and around Santa Fe. The 38-seat dining room offers guests an intimate dining experience with a sophisticated design featuring leather and linen chairs complementing the natural wood tables. Al fresco dining is available on the patio. The Anasazi Bar has long been considered one of Santa Fe's most popular bars and is known for its Silver Coin margaritas and classic cocktails. The bar also features a lounge area with additional seating and a dedicated tequila table, where guests can taste the restaurant's comprehensive collection of premium tequilas, enjoy unique tequila and food pairings. The bar and lounge feature the Para Picar menu which includes small plates designed for sharing as well as casual bar fare. The Bar & Lounge offer Social Hour M-F rom 3:00 to 6:00 pm offering half priced beer and wine by the glass and our Social Bites Menu. Contact the restaurant for details on special holiday events.
