We live in Santa Fe and heard about the changes in staff and chef so we wanted to give the Anasazi a try.The room is elegant, understated using stone and other rich materials. Servings of food are presented on hand made singular plates which I especially liked. No typical charger plates here. The night we went was very busy but the... More

After a long hiatus my wife and I came back to Santa Fe and celebrated our anniversary dinner at the Anasazi Restaurant. On previous trips we came here once and really enjoyed the experience, so we wanted to re-live that moment on our anniversary. It was a Monday evening so the restaurant was not busy and we received top-notch service... More

We had been there before for dinner, which was fabulous. This time we visited Santa Fe with another couple but they did not want to go to Anasazi as they did not care for the menu. So my husband surprised me for lunch. We had a terrific salad, with a side of bouquerones as I requested. The squash blossoms were... More

We were staying in the hotel so we thought we would try this highly rated restaurant and we were not disappointed. First and most important was Leslie who was our waitress. She was fun, entertaining and helpful. There’s no question she made a big difference in our experience. To start we had the heirloom tomato and melon salad and the... More

Definitely one of the best restaurants I've ever been in. Beautiful place and excellent food. Please try the hazelnut gateau or the tortellini. Everything we tasted was great in flavor and perfectly well presented.

Our entire party had bison burgers. They were great. Perfectly prepared and the fries were good too! The atmosphere was very nice. It is a great spot when Sante Fe is busy. A little pricey but worth it!

We came in for brunch, and walked out having spent over $100 on two cups of soup, two really tasteless Caesar salads, and two cocktails. The service was incredibly slow, and we were one of only 2 tables...well, a two-top came in halfway through, to be fair. This was not what we remember this restaurant to be from our many... More

Setting and decor is inspiring. Extremely well appointed and decorating with extra ordinarily comfortable seating. The service is exceptional, based on four meals at the hotel. The dinner menu was phenomenal and the food unique and delicious. The staff helped me selected taquilla for the first time. It was a remarkable dinner and we enjoyed three breakfasts.

I had lunch outside on a beautiful September afternoon. The serving staff were very pleasant....there was a $25.00 prix fixe menu....I had the tortilla soup and the salmon tacos. The soup was tepid and lacking flavor. The salmon tacos were just unacceptable. I know it is strange to say that a fish dish tasted "fishy" but this one did...very strong,... More

We sat down outside with a small group of our friends, we were five. The house Manhattans were nice, the servers were very friendly. The food was absolutely awful and not at all representative of any local cuisine. We had a salad course of some heirloom tomatoes in tomato water and some other items. It was OK but not memorable.... Dear Mr. Miller, Thank you for taking the time to write a post about your experience. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it is apparent in this case that we fell short. I am sorry... More
