In spite of the Covid, the food is still excellent especially the beef tenderloin. Service is good too. On of the best in Santa Fe.

It has been a few years since our last visit here, but it will not be that long before our next one. We were a few minutes early and they asked us to wait. As it turned out, the wait was rewarded in spades. The...restaurant has done a great job in addressing COVID issues with well-space tables on the front porch and in a large tent with fans and winter space heaters. Our waiter apologized for the wait and provided us all a taste cup of the fabulous Wild Mushroom & Sherry Bisque. With this as the high baseline for our dining experience, they still managed to achieve near perfection. Our favorite appetizer was Hawaiian Ahi Tuna Sashimi & Tartare. If that is on the menu, don't miss it. Their bread service provided 3 different breads and delicious butter with plenty for each of the 4 of us to share. All 4 of our entrees were wonderful - Green Miso Sea Bass, Tellicherry Rubbed Elk Tenderloin, Mesquite Grilled Maine Lobster Tails over angel hair pasta, and Oven-Roasted Filet of Salmon with House-Made Ricotta Agnolotti. We had no room for dessert, but will have to try to save room at our next visit.More

Geronimo is always a good bet. Spendy, but very very good food. They have limited their tables to accommodate social distancing. We were in the lounge, but there are only two tables so we were quite comfortable and felt safe.

What a lovely restaurant. From the valet person until dessert a perfect evening! We only realized that we had spent nearly two hours dining. The Caesar salad /GREAT, the Mushroom soup, best I’ve had!! Lump crab cakes , holy smokes. The entrees were fabulous, twin...lobster over angel hair, you might consider the sauce on the side if your spice sensitive, the Lamb chops were perfection, the reduction sauce was so good I asked for more!! And the dessert fantastic. The service was impeccable! Yes go enjoy. Thank you Gernamo!!!!!More

Our evening was excellent in every way! Valet parking, made it stress free. We were seated outside in a clear tent with lovely music and table cloths just as if we were in the actual restaurant. Staff was great with all wearing masks & disposable...menus. The food was amazing & as was the service, impeccable! Started with lobster gnocchi & wasabi Caesar salad followed by awesome elk with brandy mushroom sauce over mashed potatoes! Everything was perfectly done and so tasty and interesting! We couldn’t help ourselves and had to have the creme brûlée and the lemon curd crepe with limoncello. This was the perfect restaurant and setting to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary! Very memorable evening and highly recommend.More

The staff were excellent. Friendly and accommodating. The food was a failure. We ordered 4 appetizers and two entrees. There were two of us. The portions were tiny and the taste was average. The crab cakes tasted slightly fishy and the gnocchi had a bit...of a burnt taste. The tuna tartare was about two bites and also slightly fishy. The elk was delicious and well prepared. The portion says was about four ounces. Overall average at best.More

A magnificent evening at Geronimo’s... great food, excellent server named Grant!! Grant made excellent food recommendations.. the elk, lamb and halibut were delicious!!! Luis, who assisted Grant, had a great personality, was professional and attentive without being intrusive and was a pure delight. Sara, the...Manager, was very interested in our experience, and her visit to our table to assure we were happy with our meal was timely and very friendly—very professional! Ask for Grant when you go!!!! The valet guy was a great resource and so pleasant! We highly recommend Geronimo’s for your visit.More

Geronimo is named after the original owner of the building Geronimo Lopez. (Years later it was also purchased by a man named Geronimo Hidalgo. We thought is was more than appropriate to name the restaurant after them.) In 1753, a Spanish farmer named Geronimo Lopez...More

Great restaurant excellent fine dining. New outdoor patio! My husband had the elk and I had the halibut. We had Wagyu beef carpaccio crabcakes and gnocchi for appetizers. All excellent dishes however my halibut was the least of those. The crème brûlée is to die...forMore

We had a great meal at Geronimo. The service and attention to detail was perfect. The staff handled the challenges of taking care of its customers during the pandemic and provide a great dining experience.

Honestly I don’t know but why not call Geronimo and ask directly. I didn’t notice a bar when we were there. Sorry - El Mesón is a tapas restaurant and bar in Santa Fe - may be a good option. I recommend El Mesón.
