315 is one of our usual stops when visiting Santa Fe. This time we were left wanting. The foie gras was delicious, the lamb delicious, the mussels disappointed. They were under cooked, the sauce lacked flavor and the frites tasteless. The dining experience was uninspiring and left us disappointed in a cool Sunday evening.

We were a group of 8 visiting Santa Fe for a long weekend. We were excited about our reservation at 315 based upon the reviews we had read but unfortunately our dinner did not live up to all that we had hoped it would be. The first clue was when we were giving our order at 8:30 in the evening... More

A different nearby restaurant was recommended but the wait was 20 minutes. We walked on and ate at this restaurant and enjoyed it so much. The food and service were excellent despite every table taken.

We had a family dinner there for four people. Very friendly staff welcoming und ushering us to our table. Attentive waiter, informing us that on Tuesdays their half bottles of wine are exactly half the price of full bottles (we had a full bottle of good and fairly priced white Burgundy, though). Menu is short, wine list is extensive (something... More

Every year when I travel to Santa Fe, I have to stop here for their marvelous meat board. My friend and I even dream about it so it is our first stop when we arrive! Andy was our waiter and very pleasant and competent. The cream puffs for desert were delicicous as promised.

After a long day we arrived in Santa Fe late afternoon. Took a walk around the plaza and looked for a spot to get a glass of wine. We couldn't find one that would accommodate the 6 month old we had with us. Most are on second floor. Or they were extremely loud. So we walked back towards out accommodations.... More

We ate in the bar and ordered 5 appetizers to split and all of them were great. The portions were a little small for the price, but that is what you get sometimes with high end restaurants. I also found the wine to be a little pricy but all our items were top notch in my opinion.

Nice, pretty place. Staff was friendly. But the appetizer was very skimpy - ordered the cheese plate, had 2 tiny pieces of shaved cheese, 2 pieces of burnt grilled bread, a small portion (tablespoon at the most) of Bleu cheese and a nibble of figs. Wine list was very nice but pricey. Nothing made me want to return.

We loved our dinner. The ambiance and staff were amazing. We got superlative service from the very friendly receptionist, to the most informative and helpful waitstaff to the bus staff speedily refilling our water. Food was exceptional. We ordered off the specials menu. Buffalo tomato, eggplant with shishito peppers and bone in prime rib. We highly recommend this cozy restaurant.
