Old dry bakery goods, vegan, I would rather eat dust. On top of it all very expensive, not sure what all the fuss is about but not worth the trip.

Its not on the Plaza so you probably won't bother eat here... but if you just a bit curious dig out the gps and have a shot... good stuff. Really worth the trip out of the central part of town.

I had their sweet baked goods at one of farmers markets. I am not allergic to gluten, and was not particularly looking for gluten-free stuff, but their products caught my eyes - they looked gorgeous, and it tastes great too. I will definitely come back for their bread next time. Good job!

Apparently the retail store/bakery's last day open was Friday April 30, 2016. We were there that day and had a couple of great sandwiches and salads and noticed the sign on the door saying that it was their last day to be open. It seems they will still be going to some of the local farmer's markets but their restaurant... More

Traveling gluten-free is always tricky. A local friend recommended Revolution Bakery and it was a dream come true. We stopped in for lunch and got traditional BLT sandwiches to go. They were heaven. The bread is fantastic; flavorful, with a great consistency and structure (hard to find in gluten-free bread). We could actually pick the sandwiches up and put them... More

We stopped by on the way out of Santa Fe, just as they were closing the kitchen. The gentleman at the counter kindly told us that he would keep the kitchen open to make us anything from the menu, if we had come to eat. We decided instead to take the Gruyere & Spinach quiche with us for later. It... More

I fell in love with this place. They have GF bread, pastries, pancakes etc. and lots of other options like vegan, soy free, dairy free etc. Delicious baked goods and breakfast and lunch options!

!00% gluten free! Food tastes fabulous. Some times gluten free bread can be yuck, this place is fantastic the bread tastes unreal. First visit brought bread and muffins. Next day went back for breakfast and had the lot. Coffee also good for US :)

Vegan road trip, also some gluten-free folks in the car, excited to try this place out, The vegan pastries are truly terrible - the blondie was truly the worst thing we ate on our 12 day trip across the country.

We had an informal meeting and Revolution Bakery was a good spot to do it. With a variety of drinks and baked goods, plus a table that fit us all, it turned out to be a good spot away from the office to meet. We love the modern aesthetic and the commitment to food artistry with accommodations for various dietary... More
