When I visited Santa Fe in July we had dinner at Jinja before we went to the Santa Fe Opera. This is the second year we ate there before the opera because it is the last stop going out of town on the way to the opera. First let me say that I had the BEST mojio that I've ever... More

You're going to spend higher than your usual sushi/sashimi prices here, but the fish is very tender. After a long day at a conference, we stopped here for dinner and shared three appetizers for almost $50. Good service and really good food, though!

Jinja is in a large shopping center in the northwest part of Santa Fe. It is broadly Asian in its eclectic selection, bit still leaning mostly to Chinese. As other reviewers have noted, it is a change from the Mexican bent of the rest of the town. We had a 25 minute wait to be seated on a Friday night,... More

The food at Jinja Bar & Bistro is nothing special and they add too much sugar in the sauces. A better choice for Asian food is Sweetwater.

It has been many months since eating here--and being disappointed. I felt their food had gone downhill over the past few years. My favorite--the Singapore Noodles--had ordinary pork rather than the yummy char sui that it once had. They have brought it back now, and there were lots of fresh veggies on top. Very good again.

Visited here during a nearby conference. A good change from all the southwestern food. The restaurant was clean, but very dimly lite. Our waitress was extremely professional and attentive. We ordered the potstickers (it's hard to ruin potstickers). These were good. The Pad Thai was good and the child's chicken finger plate was great. The beef steak (kabobs) were good... More

Pleasantly surprised to find such well prepared and well presented Asian food in a shopping center, especially in a town whose focus is New Mexican. Do not hesitate to try anything on the eclectic menu. I adored the Vietnamese coffee.

Cute, comfortable place with an extensive asian themed menu. Recommended by my Korean sister in law who really misses her asian food in this town where Mexican dominates. Hubby and I shared as asian chicken salad and calamari. Fresh salad, not bagged. I had to be talked into the calamari with some lime kind of dipping sauce if I remember.... More
