Honeymoon Brewery is a fab bar with delicious Hard Kombucha including peach-mango-apricot, lemon-ginger-jasmine, black cherry and also Craft Beer and very good local Sparkling Wine (and maybe Wine?) Feel free to order food from the nearby restaurants and bring it in (Milad, Pho Kim, etc.)...Hang out at the bar or one of the tables. A HUGE plus; on Thursday nights from 6pm you can listen to the talented Grant Hayunga and Goshen and also The Palmer Brothers (Bill and Jim) with Stephanie Hatfield coming up to the mic every-so-often. There is also a DJ once a month. Super reasonable prices and lots of parking in the lot. Staff is exceptionally nice.More

Honeymoon Brewery is in the early stages of changing the game for craft brewing. They have created a growing family of hard brewed kombuchas that are AWESOME. The taste great, offer a different choice vs. beer (who needs another new IPA?), are easy on your...system, etc. In addition to being very innovative with their kombuchas, they are also changing the social scene in Santa Fe with a broad range of fun events, including stand-up comedy, musicians, disco music with dancing, etc. They have alternative drinks for people who aren't quite ready for kombucha and have some ways to keep your kids happy while you are there. They do offer a few snacks, but feel free to bring in your own food. Honeymoon Brewery is going to be BIG. Give it a try!More

This was our first stop in Santa Fe. We are kombucha junkies, so we were more than excited to try Honeymoon's kombucha. What a delightful brewery! Clean, charming and open! Just like a microbrewery, you can see right into the brewing room! We met Ayla,...one of the owners and she took time out of her busy day to give us the background of her newly opened brewery and their vision. They only serve hard kombucha, Camellia Blanco which was light, fruity and tasted like champagne and Camellia Flor which was delightful in flavor and color. Honeymoon Brewery is brand new to Santa Fe, hopefully it will become well known and popular as they spread their kombucha through the community. The kombucha is sold by the glass or growler. We bought a growler full and the flavor remained full and effervescent for several days. If you live in Santa Fe, start making this a mainstay. If you're visiting, make sure you treat yourself. These guys know what they are doing!More

Ok, it was a stretch for me but Kombucha is actually both alcoholic and surprisingly tasty. I know, who knew?. So if you are in Santa Fe and you're looking for something a bit different. Why else would you be in Santa Fe? You should...try this place. You can order food from any place in the strip mall, from Thai to New Mexican and they are all good.More
