Excellent service, as she came back every ten minutes pushing more overpriced appetizers. $13 for a plate of chips? However, We ordered the Volcano margarita, which was terrible. All who drank it had headaches and awful indigestion fo the remainder of the day. I still...tasted that ghastly mixture eight hours later. Suspect there was something wrong with the Margarita mix or they're using cheap Mexican anti-freeze for alcohol. Steer clear or, be careful what you order.More

I am a little surprised this place is rated as highly as it is. Great location, as we wanted to be somewhere to watch the square. We scored a great position with a table on the balcony. We got the trio dip appetizer, which was...a bowl of standard chips, cheese, salsa, and quacamole. Points for the fresh avacodo, but all three were pointlessly bland. The food was highly disappointing. Again, mostly flavorless. My chicken was over cooked, and only saved with moisture from the mole’ sauce, which was also surprisingly bland. My girlfriend, who is a great cook and vegetarian, took one bite of her veggie burrito, and was done. The margaritas were average at best. We tried a few different ones but none stood out as unique. Great place for the views, but elsewhere for a memorable meal.More

Santa Fe on a cold January day during Covid was a challenge but this was a bright spot. Dining outside was the only thing allowed but this spot was toasty warm with their heated patio for afternoon margaritas and appetizers and a great view right...on the Plaza. We left to do more shopping but we’re challlenged to find a dining spot that looked better so we went back and had a great meal. The Chicken tortilla soup was hot and tasty and my husband loved the big enchilada plate with tasty grilled veggies. Too much for one meal so it will be lunch tomorrow. Attentive waitress and personable manager made this a place I will return to when in the area.More

In Santa Fe for a quick trip and decided to try Thunderbird. Helpful and prompt staff - met our needs, explained the menu, etc. patio dining was comfortable. The manager treated us like royalty. My burger was cooked perfectly and my husband had salmon with...enchiladas - also cooked perfectly. We’ll be back for sure!More

Great service and food. Even in times of covid we felt welcome and safe by the staff. The food is good and tasty and local. Plus add the great views to Plaza Santa Fe.

I turned 60 during the COVID-19 craziness. To celebrate I took myself on a short ski trip to Ski Santa Fe and stayed in the Santa Fe plaza area. Not much was open and very little for dining. The Thunderbird patios were open (and popular)...with their heated seating and great views of the plaza decorated up for Christmas. The manager squeaked us in just before the kitchen closed and ensured the staff was attentive to take our orders and get everything lined up (including a free birthday dessert on him) for our meal. An engaged and attentive manager can make the difference in general, but for special occasions during incredibly complicated times it made all the difference for my 60th birthday celebration.More

my wife and I came here for lunch after walking around town. Excellent location, and the upstairs views are very chill. the enchiladas were very good, as was the queso and chips. Definitely worth going. Very COVID conscience and tracking.

Stopped here before heading home after a day trip. Enjoyed their shrimp fajitas with a strawberry mojito and it was a great way to end our day in Santa Fe. The food was delicious and their drinks are good as well! Worth the stop if...you're visiting Santa FeMore

We had dinner on the balcony this evening and it was an excellent experience. The food utilized unique proprietary seasoning blends. The margaritas are particularly delicious (a must try is the orange chilli margarita). Service was exemplary. Asking our waiter for suggestions was a great...choice - we loved what he suggested. We met the general manager, Rick, and he was delightful and helpful in every way - all while seating, cleaning tables, making cocktails, and conversing with guests. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for any trip to Santa Fe.More

My wife and I are both vegetarians. There was not a lot of options, but the wait staff went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. I think you would be as well.

We did not have any problems being "white" here. The service was prompt out on the deck overlooking the plaza. We really enjoyed the food and the people.
